I really, really doubt their memories are permanently gone. If Misaki was incapable of restoring memories, then why would Mikoto ask for her help later to restore Touma's memories?

Does anyone know how much canon are these 4komas released in Dengeki?
I know these 4komas aren't made by Kamachi, but if he approved of it (something like with the Fanfare) or they are just random 4komas collected/writed by Dengeki company.

Kuroko and co. being out of commission was really expected.
Someone having to help Mikoto was also expected
Though I hoped for Gunha from the people shown in last chapters [Kongo, Touma, Gunha]

Misaki still using MEMBER increases the chances for another Mikoto x Xochitl conflict either by Xochitl attacking her or helping her (or both - the same scenario as in Liberal Arts)

Misaki CLEARLY KNOWS this is NOT Mikoto, why would she bother mindcontrolling the teacher to guard the real Mikoto.
I believe she just noticed something strange, for example Last Order blocking her from mindcontrolling Imouto, or Accelerator already connected to the network or this is her "brainwashing pose"..

And Mikoto clearly is not able to restore their memories, which reduces the number of candidates to do so to: Touma, Misaki and Banri-Erii (I still imply that all this mind-related powers are connected, just like how is Misaki able to do more than just altering memories)

BTW: did anyone noticed that game with balloons?

No it wasn't scanned yet.
It was out 27.4. so it will take a day or two before the person responsible for scanning will get his copy of Dengeki Daioh.

(And note that there is low amout of interest in the current chapter, so he might not be as desperate as previous month)

animum mutare released railgun volume 7 scanlations. kongou's flashback was the most modified part.

there's this page that caught my attention though:

I get the feeling that his high school friend was Kamijou Touya. travelling around the world and doing stupid things sounds a lot like Touya more than Tabikake (the only other world travelling person we know) imo.
