For the record, I'm not the one who scanned it. I found it on an anonymous image board. Sadly, I've had no luck finding a scan of Kuro... Where do you need to order the volume from to get it?

According to this blogpost (NSFW, obviously), the Illya card came from Toranoana and the Kuro one from Melonbooks.

Has the offer expired? I don't see the Kuro pic on melonbooks. If there were limited quantities, that could explained why nobody has scanned it.

What's the text say, though? It's supposed to air in July (which it also says under the title), but the one paragraph says something about TV Anime in regards to September, and the other something about April 13th.

Probably a promotion for something else. The spring season schedule is out and this is not on it. It's safe to assume it's a summer show at the earliest.
