The “I didn’t know they were underage” defence is not usually admissible in underage sex trials, even when lies and false IDs are employed by the underage party, and such prosecutions commonly end in convictions – although police prosecutors can still decline to prosecute in the first place, as happened here.

Does anyone know how to get a Japanese citizenship and a place in their police force? I have a military background.

Though, if you ask me, with the male-female ratio in China, can a man really afford to toss away a female? I guess so. There are some out there, who may be lucky to even have anybody.

That's probably why you shouldn't drive towards a moose, even if you're a cop... pretty sure they don't follow the pull over to the side of the road procedure.

This could very well be scripted reality. What if the person was paid to make this stupid move so that either some newspaper has a story or to increase Bieber publicity (or both). If something is too stupid to be true... it could be scripted reality.

Well the closest thing I know with detergent in it as a bomb and with caustic alkali properties is the Drano Bomb.

To make it fill the bottle with alumnium powder, and make a spike on the inside of the bottlecap with aluminium foil. Put a plastic bag in the bottle, fill it with toilet bowl cleaner, tie the bag up and screw the bottle. Shake it to burst the bag inside, let the components mix and blow the bottle.

To make it more "inconspiciuous", thread coloured and weighted plastic/metal beads and tie them around the bottle to act like ball bearings on a grenade.

With such a strong detergent you can certainly get rid of any stains on your clothing. You could as well take a scissor though, the result might be the same.
