@niwasatou: I think it looks fine from top to the bottom tips of the bow.... just restructure the figure and legs from the bowtips down.
(old tip: try lightly drawing her without clothes, then drape the clothing over that)

About the old tip - I normally do that, at least vaguely, when drawing people wearing skirts.. turned out 'vaguely' doesn't suffice here. OTL

Oh yeah, @niwasatou... You spend 30 minutes to one hour doing a sketch =/! That's alot of patience I quite applaud you! Mmh yeah, and I agree with vexx about the figure bottom down part. =D

Normally it doesn't take that long, rather 10 to 30 minutes at most. Just that I don't draw fanart often, so I'm quite slow at drawing existing characters (whether from memory or reference).

Yes, the proportions kind of.. escaped me here. And the skirt's a failure.

Hair looks good. The thing about skirts (mine suck too) is that you have to do a light, rough sketch of the skirt's general shape (most people stop there and just add the lines), and then layer it up with another sketch of the pleats, one by one. It's a painstaking process and very hard to get right (and by the time I get it right my paper's full of erase marks), hence why I avoid uniforms in general.

Another point for the shoes. I can't seem to get those to look right.

I know a lot of stuff needs working on, but I like to share all the same.

Your penciling style is weird, but you got the pose very well. I can't do sitting poses. Ever. My drawings of people almost always have them standing.

This is a lot better than you think. I, for one, cannot draw fingers for my life (thus the hands I draw are usually clenched), and I'm still trying to perfect hair. I also fail spectacularly at drawing cartoonish situations or even mild action shots (laughs to Konata mocking pigtails). Most of my drawings (hold on...*looks*...lets say all of them) just have people standing and looking to a distance.

Niwasatou, Shinku no Kage, and Claies: Thanks so much for the compliments. Hate to say it, but practice really does make perfect, yo. Keep trying new things and eventually it'll come. XD

I'm excited there are more Disgaea fans. If I talk about Disgaea in public (usually starting off with Flonne's "I'm an assassin! ...Nin nin!"), people just look at me weird.

Sitting in a hotel right now, so I can't scan anything tonight.. or tomorrow night.. or the night after that.. Actually not until later this week. (In the meantime I think everyone else should keep posting their works. )

I think the second one does indeed have AIR reference, though the feel is just not there (I don't think Misuzu would be able to make that kind of face with her condition at that point )
