I've watched Naruto, Green Green, Ikkitousen, Love Hina (again), Onegai Teacher, Onegai Twins. I'm currently watching Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, Maburaho, Shingetsutan Tsukihime and Tenshi na Komamaiki.

Is there any anime available like Maburaho; ecchi, but serious at times. I haven't exactly watched the Shingetsutan Tsukihime genre but I was wondering if there was more like this aswell? Some Kimi ga Nozomu Eien type is good as well ^^

If anyone has suggestions for me, please tell me.

One that i really liked that is very ecchi and has a pretty good story is Popotan. Another one that is ecchi and doesn't have much story, but was fun is, Hanyanko Maids. Hope this helps some.

Well there is Mahoromantic, don't let the story description fool you, it is done by Gainex so it is pretty good. Funny a good part of the times, serious at certain points and depressing at other points. Anyway it is a really good and under rated anime.
