im a sucker for persona but i would only get it if:

1.dual audio
2.there is a "super ultra persona 3:arena REMIX" with the "most likely" dlc characters in it.

Then you're clearly not a sucker for Persona. A sucker for Persona would make sucker moves, and with those stipulations you put forth, you're making informed moves.
But really, I think the english voices are just fine. Didn't the game not have japanese voices? So what's the probs?

Your second point might happen, though that depends. It depends on what form the dlc takes, but we do know there will be dlc of some kind.

Oh ATLUS how I wish there's a megaten arcade game where we can have all megaten MCs including Persona, Devil survivor, Devil summoner, DDS, Nocturne, etc fight each other off. That'd be epic.

The story and the gameplay would be questionable though lol.

a sucker as in i bougth a PS3 mostly for the hopes of playing P5, but since im not in the U.S., make(when i have a job) around 300 dollars of income a month, and i have to pay 1.50 to 1.75 what a game cost in the us, i usually have to wait for a game of the year or similar.

english voices... back in the ps2 days i have to go trough a lot of troubless to play undubbs specially P4 and .hack//gu, i certainly couldnt stand chie in the first and atoli in the later, these dubbs become unbearable when: you even if you understand it, english isn´t your mother toungue, not that i hate the lenguage, its just not the same quality, and almost always there are a couple of VA that sucks and ruin the experience, but its not for beign a japantard, i pretty much can say the same about hollywood(or european) movies and tv shows that get dubbed over here.

I'm looking forward to the English dub in this game. Teddy's voice I could get use to, but Rise's was perfect in my opinion.

The game is ranked #1 in Japanese arcades and there's a lot of demand just to play it. No surprise because the series is great and I'm a huge fighting game fan in general.

Tell me about it Chie is too top tier in this game because of her huge damage and mix-up potential.

Labrys looks like a bitch to fight considering that she has a fast full screen move that can punish greatly, and her moves, like Chie, do a lot of damage.

Not really, Labrys damage comes off Mojuu Dark Arts with Red/Yellow Axe.
Her damage is pretty low usually, combos are too short.

Her overhead is hella quick based off I saw..
I'd say her streghts are great range on moves and quick approach with her chain.

She's like Hazama+Hakumen lol

True, and plus she has a DP so you kind of have to be careful about how you start your offense. I'm planning to learn a defensive zoning character so I think I can find ways around it.

She already looks top tier in this game. One of her combos can take off half life, and her offensive pressure is scary as hell. I can see why she's becoming or already a popular character.
