well, in a mmorpg they used 4 chara against 100 who even used cheats(sorry if wrong numbers, 2 lazy to check) so i think in starcraft they could own everyone in a 1 vs all battle xD
(shameless mode on)Translate it for us.....my good man..hehehe....or at least give us some summary...
If you want a summary i'll give you a rough one, emphasis on the games
Spoiler for Vol 1:
Shiro and Sora together form the legendary gamer "Kouhaku" (blank/void). They were invited to a world where everything is decided by games. There are 16 species and humanity (Imanity) is no 16. They ended up near Imanity's capital. There they find that the throne of humanity is up for grabs since the last king decided to leave his throne to "the strongest gambler" instead of his own granddaughter.
They happen to witness that granddaughter (Stephanie Dora) playing cards with a girl called Kurami, though they didn't know she was the princess at that time. Sora whispered that she was being cheated and left. Later that day, the defeated Steph came into their room to try to get an explanation on how they knew Kurami was cheating.
Sora suggested a Janken showdown. If he won, Steph would have to do anything he wants. If he lost, he would do anything Steph wants. And in the case of a draw, Sora would offer a hint on how he found out about the cheating while Steph would grant a little request of his. Also, if Sora played anything other than paper, he would lose. If he beat Steph with anything other than paper, by the previous condition, he would lose, yet since Steph had also lost, it would result in a draw. The result, Steph played scissors, Sora played rock.
Sora had been deceiving Steph into thinking that "Rock was the only way i can lose, therefore I should not play rock. However, he can only win with paper, he can only lose or draw if he's lucky with the others so he'll definitely play it"
And then Sora revealed that his "trivial wish" was not accommodation as she thought. In fact he did not actually state what it was. He merely said that accommodations was a problem, but not that he wanted it as the prize of the wager. Then Sora made his wish "Fall in love with me!"
Later, right before Kurami was about to be crowned, they interrupted the ceremony and challenged Kurami. They also revealed that Kurami was working with the elves and caused elf who was hiding among the crowd to be kicked out. Kurami chose the game to be chess, but the pieces have their own wills. Shiro and Sora are white, Kurami is black.
Shiro was the first to play, but then she quickly found out that she could not sacrifice pieces as in normal chess and gradually she lost all her methods of winning. Sora then took over and said that it was a RTS game, not a chess game. He then gave a rousing speech whose basis was entirely on lust to inspire the pieces. He also revealed that turns meant nothing and there was no need to wait for the opponents move as in chess. He also convinced an enemy pawn to self-destruct before it could take one of his bishops.
However, it was soon revealed one of the cheats was "forced brainwashing" where any of his troops that got too close they would be converted to Kurami's side. He was forced to pull back his pieces. Kurami sent her queen to crush Sora but Sora managed to convert her over with his words. When Kurami tried to command a knight to kill the converted queen, that knight converted too. Sora then turned the queen into an independent power, saying that the Kurami's king was a madman and that she should be the new ruler instead. The queen piece turned red, along with several other black pieces. Kurami tried to command all her pieces to attack but most of them turned red. Then it seemed that even stronger magic had been used to make the black pieces try to kill everything in front of them.
At this time, the black king split apart and crumbled. The logic was that tyrants can only succeed if they continue to win. If they lost, even once, they would be killed, by assassination, someone who is not in the army, which was what happened. The battle ended in Kurami's loss.
After Sora and Shiro's coronation, Tet came to visit. There Sora deduced that even the throne of god was up for grabs in a game, and that the right to challenge god can be gathered by conquering all 16 races in the world.
Spoiler for Vol 2:
Sora and Shiro found out that there was a member of no 6, the winged race living in a library at the outskirts of the city. She won the library from the previous king. Sora and co challenge her with her entire existence, and Sora's tablet PC with all the information on it at stake. The game is shiritori, word chain. It occurs in an artificial dimension and if something with the word exists, it will disappear. If it didn't, it will materialize.
Sora started off with a hydrogen bomb which Giberelle blocked with her magic. A bit of comedy ensues and Sora takes away Giberelle's magic pathways. Then the endgame.
Sora: Lithosphere (causing the crust and outer core to disappear)
Gib: Morning (the sun disappears)
Sora: Oxygen (Oxygen disappears. Giberelle thinks that "air" has been erased, oxygen is just another word for "air")
Gib: Air (Oxygen reappears, but all other gases are gone. Giberelle thought she would show mercy so that Sora could show off even more things. She didn't know that air is made up of different gases. She then takes a deep breath of pure oxygen when she exclaimed "why!?". For those who don't know, pure oxygen is poisonous. Sora and Shiro keep their mouths together to create a kind of sealed environment so that they can breathe)
Sora: Atmosphere (Before they said this, they exhaled all the air they have. Since all the air was erased, if they had any in their bodies it would create a vacuum in their bodies, rupturing their organs)
Gib: Weak
Sora: Coulomb's force, electrostatic force (Well, screw the exact physics but long story short, it caused a nuclear reaction that created a supernova. This finished off Giberelle, making it Sora's victory)
So Giberelle joins Sora and co. Sora then sets his sight on the werebeasts, no 14 and currently controlling much of Imanity's former countries. Sora finds out that one of the conditions of the werebeasts' game was that "all memories related to the game will be erased". This was to help make the game a sure-win for the werebeasts. Nobody (including Giberelle) ever won any game with them and for the past decade, except for one kingdom, nobody challenged the werebeasts to a game. That one kingdom was Imanity and the challenger was Steph's grandfather.
It turns out that the condition as actually "Cannot tell anybody while alive", as such, the previous king wrote a book to be left to the next king after he died and this book went to Sora and Shiro. There they found out what the game was. An electronic virtual reality game, which means all magic is useless so the species with the highest physical capabilities, the werebeasts, have an advantage in. Also they can freely use cheats. Sora and co go to the nearest embassy and challenge them with all of the werebeasts' land on the continent as a stake. The werebeasts have to erase Sora's memory no matter what.
However, since Sora had bet Steph's underwear, they would be proving Sora correct. Hence they cannot accept the bet. Then Sora bet "Imanity's chess piece". Each species has its own chess piece and to own it is to own all the rights of the species. This is nothing trivial and now the werebeasts could accept the bet safely and throw in the condition of wiping Sora and co's memories. The vol ends with Sora and co leaving while the embassy goes to get the approval of the Werebeasts' leader, somebody called "Miko", priestess. The game would be 4vs1, Sora and co vs Izuna, the ambassador. Also apparently Sora is waiting for another person to show up to complete his plan against the werebeasts.
Spoiler for Vol 3:
The vol begins with Shiro waking up alone in the King's bedroom. She panics, trying to find Sora. However, both Steph and Giberelle deny Sora ever existed. Gradually they begin to figure out that their memories were erased, not by losing a game, but by the rules of the game which they are currently in. Then they notice the Othello board and figure out the game is Othello.
Rules:
1) The players' souls/memories are split into 32 pieces each.
2) The pieces are numbered 1-32, the smaller the number the more precious the memory
3) When the piece is captured, the memory in it is transferred over to the one who captured it.
4) Passes are not allowed
Stakes:
1) The effects of the game are permanent
2) The memories can be altered after the game has been settled.
Sora set up rule no 4 so that Shiro can easily predict how the game went and reverse it when he lost. At the start he had only 3 pieces left. His 4th piece was his own existence, which was why Giberelle and Steph could not recognize him. His top three pieces, 3:How to win, 2: Absolute trust in Shiro, 1: Shiro's existence. Shiro turned the match over with those 3 pieces and the game ended in Sora's victory. And so Kurami joined Sora and co as a double spy against the elves.
Now for the game with the werebeasts. Kurami followed the rest of Imanity to the game. The werebeasts noticed Kurami because of the magic cast on her, which allowed Fii (the elf with Kurami) to observe things through her eyes. The werebeasts know that they cannot pull anything too strange or their cheats would be seen and reported back to the elves. However, Izuna still receive information through high frequency noise which only werebeasts can make and hear.
The game is a love-shooting game. Shooting NPC with the bullets will cause them to disappear and charge the love-meter (an energy gauge). Shooting players will cause them to fall in love with the shooter. Izuna has to shoot all 4 people while Sora and co has to shoot just Izuna. Also, upon being shot, players will be unconscious/uncontrollable for a short moment
The game was won with the help of Steph. In vol 2 she had made a bet about the pigeon flying and lost (this is in baka already) but the order was not decided. Sora used this to order Steph to do the following, while in a depleted state cling on to the back of an NPC and 10 seconds after receiving a recharge, which will be shot by the other 3 and to forget this order was ever given. With this she makes no noise as she's on an NPC, has no killing intent since her memory is gone, and isn't even conscious since she's been shot. However by the Ten Oaths she will still pull the trigger. This caused Izuna to be totally caught unawares and shot.
Before the game started, the werebeasts had moved all their people and technology off the continent. Since the deal was only "For everything the werebeasts own on the continent", all the technology and knowledge needed to make full use of the land had been taken. Sora and co were called to the capital of the werebeasts.
The werebeasts are in trouble. Their game had been revealed. The game being revealed to the elves wasn't a problem, Miko had guessed that Sora and Shiro were from the elves. However they were actually from another world. If they were from the elves, the information would have just been kept by the elves. But since Sora and Shiro were not, they could through Giberelle spread the information on the game to the winged race. This is the worst case scenario possible for them. Out of elves, winged, and humans, the only race the werebeasts had any chance of winning against is the humans. So Miko challenged Sora to a game, with the protection of the werebeasts' rights, self governance and access to the resources on the continent as reward, for Sora, it's the swallowing of the Eastern Union. Sora chose the game to be coin toss. He then moved the stones on the pavement such that the coin is edged in between, a draw. He then proposed that while the werebeasts go under the custody of humans but all their rights, self governance will be guaranteed and they get access to the resources, in short a federation. The Miko accepts. Sora and Shiro stay in the capital to finalize the details (and play around) while they send Steph back to take care of the paperwork.
Nice little tidbit in volume 2. Nothing about Steph's comand to love Sora should actually keep her in love with him. So aside from the first few minutes everything else are Steph's feelings

What's so noteworthy about a haremette having feelings for the MC? That's what haremettes are there for, right?
