It's Kagura from Prism Ark. She's holding a bow and arrows but I guess you can't see much of it since she was covering it. As for the arrows, it was scattered all over so I just focus on what it can be seen.

----> But you know, when it says fighting, it doesn't have to mean that she/he or is holding a weapon no?

It isn't needed. I posted this pic in this post as a example of what i was thinking of with this theme.

So it could as well be Suigintou shooting her feathers at someone, or Rukia casting destructive art without using her Zanpaktu. If goku was a girl, his Kamehameha is even well within the theme.

As for the sig. I think the quality of it seems a bit low. It's slightly blurry. Usually blur is used for depth or giving it a magic/glow like effect. I notice most of your sig has the very blurry look to it, except for the Higurashi sig you made. But unless it's a personal preference/style you really like. I would think the sigs would be better without it.

Like I said in the entry thread, I think this version is definitely better. The only thing I still have to complain about is that you could maybe bring out the color in her eyes (get some of the fiery spirit inherent in a warrior perhaps?)

Agree, so V2 and maybe eyes of V1....

Not only the eyes, but her actual face.
There is no clear focal, so that's something you could work on.

Other than that, really nice. ^^

Hm, I understand the blurring you needed to fix the pixelation, but I would suggest adding a transparent layer instead of blurring the base image, adding a plain white color to everywhere but the area around her face, blend it back to transparent near her face smoothly by turning down the opacity of your white airbrush, then turning down the opacity of that layer a whole bunch til it just covers up the pixelated areas (no need for it to be too opaque). It would give approximately the same effect as a blur, but you can always erase parts of the layer to have some things blurred more than others. Might be an interesting way to make a border as well, if you've considered such a thing (though I know your sig already has a good border). In any case, this might be a way to selectively give more focus to her face but still cover up the pixelation.

^ Version 3. Tone down the brightness, use less blurrings, made the eyes bright red....uh...what else am I missing? I actually had to redo and fix the quality of the img. Oh and I have to resized the dimensions to 400X140 since 400X160 is a little big for my taste

I actually like the previous version more. I think the colors at lower left is distracting. Your last one is already to much blur for my taste.. Yea it must be getting silly the to sharp/blur story. But try only blurring the body of her, and keep her face like the previous one. It will add more depth to it and at the same time make the focus point more clear. And tone down a bit on the glow.

Basically what i think would look best is a mix between your first and your second version. Than with the blur method i said. So SLIGHTLY less sharp at her face than V1. But BIT more sharper than V2. And than the rest of the body like how V2 is sharpness wise that is.

Nice new entry but a few things you can do to improve it ^^

The siggy seems to be conflicting with the background. Lenali looks rather sharp in comparison to the background is what I mean. Also the white effect is a nice touch but also a bit too blurred. A simple way to create motion,wind,aura effects would be to grab the smudge tool and start smudging away. It is a lot better than using a blur.

The light on her boots can be spreaded out more to give a better feel and it would look better if you have some of the aura overlapping her as she seems too "clean" cut.

Not other problems besides these. Really lovely siggy and you are improving so much ^^

The added word "lost" gives it a more of a themed feel. Nice!
I'd probably fade the black to green on the left, though. Anyways, nice choice of colours, and I like the text.
