To elaborate on this epic artwork, this is from Ayashiki (彩識) on pixiv.
He's done many awesome One Piece artwork, including that famous Ghost in the Shell style Supernovas.
He also does some DBZ art.

Artist name is 彩識, and the images are posted on the art community webpage Pixiv.
It just takes a few Japanese pages to make an user account on it...
There's thousands of artists on there, it's worth taking up a few min of your time.

Anyways, here's Ayashiki's OP works on Pixiv....

yea its a crossover of Risa from Lovely Complex no doubt about that, only way you can mistake the 2 is if you where to only hear them speak considering they have the same VA

I know that tattoo on his hand suppose to combine with his face one, but some might be supprised that random dushy tribal won't just work. He does look like a dushy model anyway, so I guess his imagination goes as far as his face...
