BTW I've been thinking. Since Yuri is no longer sealed inside Reinforce, there is a chance that this version of Hayate will be weaker (Magic Output) then the main version. Anybody else though of this?

Since Reinforce already got technically separated from Yuri when Hayate gived her a name and the Defense Program got purgued, i can't see why Hayate would be even weaker in this continuity. Also Reinforce Zwei's existence is guaranteed and Eins will still dissapear from existence which means that, raw power-wise, Hayate won't be much different from her main timeline counterpart. If anything, PSP-verse Hayate will be stronger as Reinforce took time to teach her how to use her powers properly instead of only being a walking magical nuke.

Well at least she can fight against anyone (in close range XD). Not the:

NUKE POWERED BOMBER which can only do one thing XD. She's still SS+, thank goodness XD.

So when Reinforce choose to seal herself and have her linker core merge with Hayate. How did Yuri and the Materials not appear? I guess it's just speculation now.

Well I guess I can believe that Main!Hayate don't have Yuri's power seeing how much of a Squishy Wizard compare to the Reinforce that Nanoha fought in the anime (before Yuri's seperation), and Yuri herself.

Yep, basically. The godlike Reinforce that Nanoha fought was still connected to the defense program and thus, to Yuri's unlimited power. Proven in the 2nd game were Reinforce ...now separated from the "Darkness" of the Book is very less powerfull than her titanic past self.

In addition to the spells confirmed above, Zafira shows a number of other tricks in The Gears of Destiny:
Steel Yoke: Full Drive
Shugo no Kobushi, his long range Square button attack, which seems to be similar to Signum's Sturmwinde spell.
Rekkouga, his long range Triangle button attack. It is a projectile attack launched with a punch. As a beam, it might be classified as a Bombardment-type spell. When this attack is charged, he fires a second beam after the first with a follow-up punch.
Gajuu Souha, his long range Circle button attack. Essentially a flying kick that takes him into cross-range, where he employs Strike Arts for his attack combos.
The basic barrier and shield defenses practiced by other Ancient Belkan practicioners: Panzerhindernis and Panzerschild.

How much of a difference does it make in story mode when choosing between stages 2-A and 2-B or 3-A and 3-B?

Do the choices between A or B in the early rounds effect the story later on in the game?

Not really. They are either either (a) different takes on the same scene (AU-ish, like the last battle of Nanoha's chapter), (b) different scenes happening at the same time or (c) the same scene and you choose which side you control.

Any branching scene paths merge to the plot when the scene ends.
