You can bring up the movelists by hitting a certain button.
On my xbox360 controller, it defaults to pushing in on the right stick. Then you can see the movesets. Most of them are just standard hadoken/shoryuken motions. It appears you can use any of the 3 attack buttons for most specials, but you have to use the heavy one for the supers. I'm not really sure what lets you know you have enough power to do those, or the meta stuff.

I was going to try playing online, but I can't read any of the menus. It wasn't clear if you needed to know the IP of who you are connecting to, or if there was matchmaking. I didn't bother searching for long. Zepar and Furfur have ridiculous voices, by the way.

The One-Winged Eagle underneath the HP bar lets you know how many SP you have for the active character, up to 5 for each character.

And it's IP connect.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me.
I'm experiencing a Blank Screen whenever I open the game.
I have updated my DirectX that was provided in the game folder.
I hear the OP music and the Menu where everyone is talking however all I see is a blank screen...

EDIT: I do however when reaching the menu I see some effects such as a magic circle or the "glass breaking" For example:

I will love you forever if you can explain what buttons are what on a normal keyboard. I don't have a fandangled arcade stick so I need to know what buttons mean what. I kind of figured that the three attack buttons are Z, X & C. That to switch is S and taunt seems to be Shift... but is there anything I'm missing and HOW can you pause in a fight or return to the main menu from training or arcade? :S

LOL I'm going by trial and Error....
All I found out were
Z = Light
X = Medium
C = Heavy
S = Switch
SHIFT = Taunt
SPACE = Reset (Training)
X + C = Grab
Z + X + C = Meta Field

Other than that... I have no clue...

This Wiki is all about the fighting game.. controls and moves and stuff...

Z + X is SP move I think...

Not too sure since I'm enjoying using a PS3 controller but, there's an "SP move" .. uh.. move thing... which should be Z + X

Not to sound mean, but I find it mildly amusing that there's some people with problems getting it to run well, and it's running pretty much perfectly for me when I have it running in a virtual machine'd Windows 7 on Mac OS X (60fps, full screen 1920x1080)...

But, to actually help... some people have had issues such as crashing on load which was a result of something installed with CCCP which was set to "always use" instead of "use when needed" Might not help sailorsean... but, it's something to consider?

Guys, keep the button name thing simple:

A = Weak attack
B = Mid attack
C = Strong attack
D = Touch (deserves a button since I'm sure there's combos for setting up switch ins)
S = Taunt (Can I has taunt comboz?)

The X and Z thing is confusing me... ;_;

Ange combos are up. Where mah Kanon combos at? XD

The ZX thing is pretty normal in japanese games I think.
Haven't you played Touhou?

It's pretty straightforward what they are refering to is the actual keys on the keyboard (I haven't found a way to change them so this should be consistent among all people using one) so the key setup on your actual keyboard itself is:

Z = Weak
X = Medium
C = Strong
Special input (like down forward, down forward for example) + Z+X = SP attack
X + C = Grab
Z+X+C = Metaworld
S = Touch command (to switch out characters)

And... this is all I've really found myself

Edit: Less significant to actual gameplay itself so I forgot about it but to switch between windowed and full screen mode freely you can press F11

I have, but reading Z/X as attack buttons for a fighting game makes things annoying to me. I'm too used to A B C thing. I remember combos easier lol. XD

To jump back onto the topic of the seiyuu..

Spoiler for Hidden for size:

Zepar is voiced by Mitsuki Saiga and Furfur by Eri Sendai

I'd say they're the official voices and not some random people they picked.. heh

And yes, it seems like the people who voiced the Seagulls (うみねこさん1, etc) get credited too heh

Hope you like voicesets!

Spoiler for gigantic image:

I can't actually read any of those names, and there's nothing after 26.

(Well, okay, I lied, there's a 27th, but that one doesn't do anything.)

Say, I've been playing the game, and managed to unlock the voice commentaries for all the playable characters. Does anyone know how I can get the rest?

Actually I have heard from a native japanese speaker that Bernkastel is an unlockable character. But there's a problem. When you select her you don't play as Bern. Instead it automatically selects Battler. So she's glitched or something.

I think they probably didn't get to tweaking her in time for release but I don't think waiting for a sequel will be necessary, there's a good chance Bern will be a downloadable character in a future patch. Everyone else probably wont show up until a sequel comes out though, if we get one anyways.

Does anyone have any clue on how the fingers are configured for Versus mode? I can't seem to find the buttons for it ... not to mention go back without using the ESC button. :S

I don't have any arcade sticks/controllers either. Keyboards ftw.
