Lol, who says the girls don't have character development? Between Mikoto now feeling comfortable around Touma, and Index sharing her food (nuts) with him, the progress is moving at evolutionary speed !

Rikou's the most innocent-moe of all the female cast of Index.
Fremea's not counted because she seems to have to have some of her brain programmed similarly to Accelerator, according to atwiki.

"du" is not a standard Japanese sound (and I've never seen it in Katakana either). The "d" in "du" just tells the reader that it comes from a dakuten "tsu" (and not "su"). This is rare but happens with compound words ("tsura" from Hamazura means "surface" or "face"), and when two "tsu" are stuck together ("tsuzukeru" for Hepburn, but "tudukeru" for Nihon-shiki). Same thing goes for dakuten "chi" (for example: Hepburn for ちぢめる is "chijimeru" Nihon-shiki is "tidimeru"). To finish with, Hepburn is the most common romaji system, but Nihon-shiki is still used by many people (I've seen it on many Pixiv artworks) Hope this helps! |

Well technically spelling and pronunciation coincide, it would be best to use the spelling that would make people pronounce it correctly, by doing Hamazura more people will know how to say it right, however if we use the correct spelling Hamadura, people will mispronounce it. I personally think mispronunciation is far worse than spelling the name wrong.

Giving in to temptation, I read the first bits of Volume 17- This isn't the first time the [Ichihanaransai] have been brought up. It's becoming obvious that it's not just a trivia detail. I suspect this would appear soon in New Testament, somewhere in November.

A tiny bit got updated for NT Ch3:
All of Hanzou's multitudes of hideouts was rendered useless since he was tailed when he went to check up on them once every few years and they've all been compromised. Hanzou decides to hide in the Underground Street due to the civilians around for the time being, but the guys after them ('Freshmen') decided to just bust the roof down and starts to open fire in the middle of the day with the newest Powered Suit (8-legged, 360 degree range of fire using pivoting and two very big guns that can shoot multiple kinds of shots) that was developed for fighting in Russia. Shiage did a 'Big Damn Hero' moment by ramming a car into the Suit, took down a leg using the latest Shock Baton Antiskill left behind (they got owned easily by the Suit). The shock baton was stated to be anti-armour grade. The broken leg didn't affect mobility, but blocked the reloading mechanism. Shiage, Fremea and Hanzou then ran off with the ones responsible saying 'Just as Planned'. Accel and Worst took down the support team of the Suit, but the guy in charge was remotely knocked out by remote control by something implanted into his skull. Worst considered bypassing that and just squeeze the info out of the guy and leave him for dead, but Accel says don't bother so Worst settled to just draw on the guy's face. |
