I have been rewatching some of the old episodes and wondered about one thing. Why is Shen Hu's sword called a 'short sword'. Mose of the time we see it it's short yes, but in episode 11 it's about as long as let's say Lancelot's swords. Is it called a short sword by the official site as well?

Yup, it is.

I also hope that, today, the Geass official site is updated with Monica's Frame, at least...they released the Galahad and Percival before they came in, after all.

Hasn't updated the Knightmare Frame section yet...here's hoping it does, though.

I guess they're just being inconsistent with drawing shen hu's sword.

Sunrise better give the new knightmares some owning screen time or what's the point of adding new cannon fodder knightmares.

Btw one question. Lancelot in R1 was the first of the seventh generation Knightmares. What did the KoR pilot back then? Was that ever explained?

I wonder what their knightmares looked like back then since until the seventh Britannia has never really cared about making the knightmares look flashy/badass looking. Yet the KoR have always seemed to make their knightmares look like that.

Presentation is more important when you're a symbol for the best. The Knights of Rounds aren't just fighters, they're public symbols. Keeping their Knightmares recognizable is a given.

Nope. Hopefully they'll update sometime tonight or tomorrow. Geass usually has a tendency to update main mechs like the KoR pretty early on. Though the fact that they still haven't updated the ward Lineart is getting really annoying >.<

Well, I mean look at the size of Excalibur! If there's something of that size and shape, and its not called a large sword then in theory, everything else must be 'short'.

I think there were on one of the official guidebooks. I'll try and find it (had it somewhere...).

I'm sorry but Orbital Frames can own Gundams and Knightmare frames hands down.

Neither Orbital Frames nor Gundams exist in the world of CG. ....Yet. The Siegfried & Sutherland Sieg could be considered precursors to Orbital Frames, perhaps. The Siegfried, at least, was referred to as a Knight Giga Fortress; the Sutherland Sieg could then be considered a combination of Knight Giga Fortress and KnightMare Frame, I suppose.

I noticed the main weaponry of Shinkirou single small prism funnel against the Floating destroyer ship can actually move at any direction even at earth atmosphere.
