Is there any art of L. Lactis accepting the honor of being Wisconsin's state microbe? http://www.nytimes.com/2010/04/16/us/16microbe.html

Despite having watched only the anime, today's release of episode four of Microbe Theater Deluxe was hilarious. I had watched one of them some time ago, but I watched all four in order tonight and was highly amused. The microbes are just so damned cute, and their seiyuu give them all a lot of personality.
If these shows are scientifically accurate, which I'm guessing they are, they ought to be mandatory viewing in middle-school biology (yes, even with the hot-tub scene). The fourth (last?) show has too many in-jokes, but the other three are wonderful. Now that I saw her, I wished we had seen Yuu in the anime, too! Best line might be "Why did they skip the Okinawa arc?". Anyone know why episode one of Microbe Theater Deluxe is missing from the AS listings and the BSS tracker at minglong? I have it, so there must have been a torrent for it at one time. Where did it go? I can't imagine that one extra is licensed when no other parts of the anime are.

Moyashimon sequel to air on noitaminA this summer.
There were enough loose ends in the original series that a sequel makes sense for this show. I'm ready for more cute microbes! I wonder if this will be legally streamed? Maybe Funico? If I ran Crunchyroll I'd pick up season one right now and make a bid for this title as well.
