As for releasing his Shinso power, I'm more than a bit worried Alucard will awaken fully and try to devour him. And I doubt Gyokuro will act against Akuha unless the siscon actually loses. Then she might enforce the "you lose, you die," rule of RV villains. Though I'm sure Fuhai will intercept her before then, and I hope so. No way can they fight Akuha, Kahlua, and Gyokuro. The latter could crush both Tsukune and Moka by herself, they'd have no chance against her. We'll find out in September, when the next round of chaos begins. Until then...

Yeah..when the MC grow up like this, is the best, i mean,flashback were awesome, and Moka expression after the flashback was all lovely-lovely

But my interpretation for "the betrayed by Gyokuro" that will betray Akua, is because in the end Akua don't want Moka death, but Gyokuro maybe want to kill Moka for revenge against her Mother..this is my point...but i don't know, is just my speculation..

Akasha has already shown, that you can release some amount of youkai energy, and Alucard won't awaken from it.

Naturally, we don't know what is the actual limit of youkai energy that you can use - after all, just by having Inner Moka's personality awaken, was enough to make Alucard move, although, since he's not doing anything at the moment, it probably only caused Alucard to become half awakened.

In Tsukune's case, it's obvious that he doesn't have such a huge amount of control over his youkai energy, that Akasha does, but logically thinking, I believe that Alucard won't react to Tsukune's presence, until he gets pretty close to the limit of youkai energy that he can safely control, before his "berserk side" awakens.

Obviously Inner Moka's presence is going to prevent Tsukune from using such a huge amount of youkai energy, so I think that the matter of Alucard won't get worse, even if Tsukune is going to transform into his "vampire form", as long as he is careful to not use his youkai energy too much.

Obviously, such an event as Gyokuro trying to kill Moka might happen, but I'm quite sure that it will be prevented by the sudden and unexpected arrival of Akasha herself.

Not to mention, I'm quite sure that the second team will arrive at any moment, and they will be the ones to keep Gyokuro and Kahula, until Akasha makes a quite bad ass entry.

After all, in my opinion, Ikeda is building up the events of the current arc, towards the event,where Akasha is somehow going to reunite with Moka. After all, I believe that she's the only person who can somehow take control of the situation, when Alucard is going to fully awaken, which in my opinion is going to take place near this arc's conclusion.

Since, I doubt that Alucard would actually be half awakened by Ikeda, to just be a background decoration for the last few battle's this arc would have. It's quite obvious to me, that Alucard will do something in the current arc, and it's obviously, going to be a quite life threating situation for Moka, Tsukune and everyone else, that is currently located in the Floating Garden.

Since, Tohou Fuhai will most likely be seriously weakened due to his fight with Gyokuro, unless something even worse is going to happen to him, and obviously Inner Moka, Tsukune and the rest of the protagonists are still too weak to do anything to Alucard, Akasha is in my opinion, the only remaining person who could do something in the situation, where Alucard is going to awaken, and obviously prevent whatever plans Gyokuro has toward that thing - nullifying Gyokuro's statement from one of the previous chapters, you know, the chapter, where Gyokuro said this statement: This battle.. It seems that I'll be the winner. Akasha...

Well, we will see in a few chapters what is actually going to happen, for know it seems that we will have a few chapters of the fight between Akua vs Moka and Tsukune, during, which we might have a clearer understanding of how things are going to develop in the current arc.

But I'm pretty much against any actions that will actually redeem Akua, without paying any prices, for all of the things that she has done so far, not saying that Akua standing up against Gyokuro, to protect Moka, is a sufficient price, but, well... it sounds a little too convenient to me, that she will be actually forgiven for all the things that she has done, just by protecting Moka from Gyokuro's attack, and most likely dying, due to the wounds she has obtained, from that attack.

As for Tsukune going inside Alucard to free Akasha, I'm pretty much against any idea's of someone getting inside that thing - since, if Akasha's case is any indication getting eaten by that thing, seems to be pretty easy, but returning from inside him, in one piece, might be a little more difficult, and it's quite obvious that the amount of control that Tsukune has over his power, isn't the same as Akasha.

In other words - to me, it's pretty obvious that Tsukune won't survive , after being eaten by Alucard, and even if his body might be capable of surviving, after being eaten by Alucard, Tsukune's, human sanity, won't survive that, due to the fact that Tsukune's Holy Lock is, most likely, going to break, when he's going to let himself be eaten by Alucard, and based upon what Tsukune has shown in this arc so far, I doubt he is capable of retaining his sanity without the lock.

On some sort of different topic, but how many youjutsu techniques do you think Tsukune has learned, in his one month training.

Since, I don't know about you guys, but 2 youjtsu techniques, or 3, if we consider Tsukune's capability to remove the seal on his Holy Lock as an youjutsu technique, seem to me, as not enough, if we consider the time that Tsukune had to learn, and the fact that, due to the human modification ritual, Tsukune's body has been forcefully attuned to the use of youjutsu techniques, which definitely has shortened Tsukune's learning process, when it comes to mastering new youjutsu techniques.

Of course, I'm not saying that he mastered a hundred youjutsu techniques in a single month, since that was definitely a too short period of time to learn that many techniques, but learning 5-10 different youjutsu techniques is possible, and so far, two - three of those learned youjutsu techniques have already been revealed to the readers - "the Light sword", "Bakuryuujin" and the possible, unnamed technique to remove one of the seals of the Holy Lock.

Well, I understand the reason, why Ikeda wouldn't reveal everything that Tsukune has learned, during the one month time skip, in a single chapter, since that would lessen the suspense the current arc has, especially when it comes to Tsukune's and Inner Moka's fight against Akua, but, naturally, that doesn't prevent me from speculating on how many youjutsu techniques Tsukune might have learned, during the one month time skip, which, like I said, is definitely a higher number, then the two - three techniques that Tsukune has revealed so far.

And another youjutsu technique that Tsukune has learned, is most likely a youjutsu technique that is capable of executing long - mid range attacks, which naturally might be one of the things, that the "light sword" technique is capable of.

After all, it has been shown that you can execute mid, long range attacks with the Jigen-tou, so if Tsukune actually wanted to be capable, of not failing in his fight against Akua, he should have learned some youjutsu techniques, to be capable of countering Akua from that range, if it's necessary.

Well, gentlemen (and any ladies), can we agree that this chapter was worth the wait?

Now, I had just read 54 before 55 *yes, I'm a bit late to the party, I know), and from what I can see off the chinese RAW...

Well, let me just start with thoughts on 54. I personally found it to be a very emotional chapter... in fact, between the two latest chapters, Inner is opening up a lot. In 54, how she was almost willing to separate herself from Outer in order to protect Kurumu and Mizore from Akua... and then of course the waterworks as Tsukune tells her it's his time to protect her. And am I the only one who realized that Akua was crying on that last panel? (and yes, I laughed due to the yandere siscon realizing who has her sister's heart)

Now 55... as I said, totally worth the wait. The only disappointment is as Waven said- we didn't get to see Tsukune's famous Falcon Punch, but that's also understandable, since we're talking some of the strongest fighters we've seen in this story. And Inner, seeing how much Tsukune has grown since their first encounter.. I think it was before she reflected, but Blushing Inner FTW!!! I'm pretty sure we're going to see some tsundere moments, as if she ain't head over heels for Tsukune by this point, then I don't know what she is (other than drop dead sexy, of course... Damn you, Tsukune for having such a lovely girl!)

And yes, Dat sideboob and dat ass in the last panel... now just gotta wait for perhaps a Japanese RAW, and then the translation...

nah more like I see it as akua will look how moka and tsukune are in trouble by gyoukuro... and later on decides to protect moka (maybe tsukune will tell about the past memories what akasha said...what akua did to moka by hurting her mother which leads to akashas sacrafice and mokas lots lots of tears)... but is about to get hit... but tsukune protects her while making her confused why he did that...with tsukune going "becouse your still mokas sister"..... and the akua harem conversion is complate XD


I wonder if tsukune will tell Kaluha how she changed so much... from that kind girl (that loved cleaning) to an assasin.... and that might make her betrey her own mother.... well she might like that mabui guy so no tsukune harem addition xD (but it would be funny if all sisters fell in love with tsukune at the end)


then imagine the silly scene at the youki academy with tsukune running away and is beign chased by moka, akua, kaluha, kurumu,mizore,yukari,rubi..... while every student has evil intent saying "that bastard...having all the beaties all over him... we need to kill him"


time will tell... but I have a feeling that tsukune will somehow save akasha from alucard... since we dont know how alucard will react to an existence that is so similar to himself (the sinister aura)... tsukune might get eaten on purpose to reach akasha then blow his way out of his stomach :P the same tsukune will get akashas blessing and beign OK for polygamy XD (but it woudl be hardcore if she herself gets some interest in tsukune XD)

being chased by akua is NOT fun.
Especially when she can go though objects.

Basically all Tsuki can do is Run, Run, and more Run, because there isnt anything minus a powerful barrier which can stop her.

And even then her jigintou can probably break it, so she will continue chasing after tsuki, and we'll probably see a jealous Ura and Omote.

I might be in a minority, but I wouldn't want Akua to join Tsukune's harem, at all.

Her actions so far, don't deserve that.

I mean, I might be a little harsh, but some actions shouldn't be easily forgiven, and Akua needs to learn that, if she's going to survive the events of the current arc, she needs to have some suitable punishment, which in Akua's case would be to stay away from Inner Moka for the rest of her life.

Forgive me for sounding a little harsh, but so what if she's powerful.

Unlike you I haven't forgotten about the fact that Akua tired to kill nearly everyone from Tsukune's harem + Tsukune himself in her desire to get to Moka / awaken her Shinso powers, which... if Ikeda is even going to try to realistically portray his characters psychology, and so far he made a pretty good job with it, will make all of the entire relationships with Tsukune and the rest of his harem (well, maybe apart from Moka, but I would also put that in a question mark), pretty awkward.

I don't know about you, but in my case, I find it pretty unlikely that I would suddenly be best friends with someone, who actually tried to kill me, not so long ago, and has showed not even a single amount of regret for the actions she / he has taken toward me - and that's pretty much the situation that has been established in Tsukune's and the rest of his harem's relationship with Akua.

So, if she's going to survive the events of the current arc, it's going to take a lot of time, to rebuild the relationship she has with Inner Moka and the rest of her friends, and even if that's going to actually be capable of doing that, she's never going to / it's going to be pretty difficult, if not even impossible, to / - establish such a close bond that the rest of the group has.

Also why ruin her creepy sis-con character by making her go dere dere for Tsukune? You don't see Kokoa falling head over heels for him and she's not as hardcore as Akua is, so I don't see a point for her being added or want to be added. IMO Tsukune's harem is set in stone...

well we all would love to see akua die the most painfull death... but you think that moka or tsukune would kill her off becouse she felt lonely... she misunderstood akashas wish... she pointed herself as the person to be together with moka.... now she knows it wont happen as moka likes tsukune

tsukune shown to be strong...so later on akua might change a bit... what if she loses her memories or they will get sealed just like mokas.... so it would get rid of this another sis-con (1is already enought)

for now it looks like akua wont give up... but still time will tell as alucard wakes up or gyokuro reveals her real plan

Chris, I can assure you you're definitely not in the minority. Akuha does not understand friendship, in her mind power rules all, and everything else is irrelevant. So there'd be place for her in the harem, hecht there's no place for her in the world.

As for your "harsh reply," to the poster commenting on Akuha's strength, I also agree. I see it all the time on FF.net, reviewers who are willing to forgive anything as long as a character is powerful, and it makes me shake my head. Thankfully Akihisa doesn't seem to believe that, and has created his cast to oppose such values, rather than embrace them, and I applaud him for it. And I'm definitely looking forward to the scanlation of the chapter, which should come soon. Until then...
