Not ML-related, but...would this setup work on a 1/144 Strike Eagle? The missile pods are from Kotobukiya's Frame Arms weapons sets. I'm thinking...tempted...but not sure if this would even work in the Alt/Unlimited/TDA verse...

There is no such thing as overkill when going against the BETA.

Seriously, the idea MUST have turned up in ML somewhere not long after adopting the A-10. Couldn't be that much more difficult to have a "missileer" TSF/TSA working to support BETA-thinning activities. I'm thinking of getting another 1/144 Strike Eagle and modding it with these bits (and hoping that both being Koto products they'll work well together), only because an A6/A10 kit doesn't yet exist.

EDIT: There's a problem. That's a 1/100 MG Jesta. Meaning the missile pods are too big to be placed on a 1/144 kit...and unless I want to try slapping all of that firepower on a non-scale Super Hornet or Eurofighter kit...

Well...there's no F-16 TSF kit yet.

...but if you're talking about airplanes, the Mitsbishi F-2 and the F-16---while based off the same F-16 frame--are not the same machine.

Well, think about it: The real-life F-2 is a variant of the F-16. The design was originally callec "Agile Falcon", but no one was interested save for Japan. The F-2 basically has a slightly larger wingspan (2 more hardpoints than an F-16) and as part of postwar restrictions has no in-flight refuelling capability (or so it's said).

Trouble is how that translates to a TSF, because all TSFs (excepting the YF-23 and FrankenShiranui) have only two Mount Pylons. So a possibility would be equipping arm sheaths for an extra pair of CIWS blades.

Thank you! But what about the Viper? I'm thiking about recycling the YF Viper into a Japanese produce called F-16V. Makabe's machine is a custom version, calling Zero Viper.

...Wave, A3 made it a loooonnnnggggg time ago.

Basically, if a TSF is featured in Cross-Operation, it will, has, or had a figure of it made; F-16 is no different.

Many of them are really hard to get of course, since most are A3, and A3 is S-rank troll merch.

Speaking of merch, I've been able to acquire the latest Schwarz novel on my first foray into Akihabara. Pictures will come when I actually find the batteries for my camera.

The color suit you, Shiro, although I wouldn't mind if you pilot a Type-A.

The box art's getting better and better each production. I wonder what the FrankenShiranui's box art will be like?
