Me think that it's some pics from the OP that will be on the next week.

Just to say that the ED is still Roundabout for those who are wondering, with different ED animation. It starts with a rather tear jerking scroll up from Jonathan, passing the torch to Joseph.

Passing the torch is a move that many have tried and few succeeded in manga and anime where fans demands often dictates the direction of a work, Rurouni Kenshin and Hikaru no Go successfully pulled one. I can't say the same about Dragon Ball (Nanoha also tried this in StrikerS but ultimately failed). The point conveyed by Araki by going from Jonathan to Joseph is that the hero may die or retire, it's not the end of the journey as long as the next hero carries on the spirit.

Glad to hear this, it has been used masterfully throughout the show.

So much so that I'm seeing alot of parody vids on Nico using it as the ending for other shows.

Sorry; dynamic content not loaded. Reload?

The rest of the adaptation was perfect. It's the first time I've been that excited about an anime adaptation. I was squealing like a little girl throughout the whole thing. 10/10.

Very curious to hear the impressions of anime only watchers on Joseph.
Ah man, that's one of my favorite lines. At least everything else was alright.

Let's hope they keep the tequila. It's the defining moment for Joseph and the comedy in JoJo.

He is quite a master trickster and cheater, which is why he is a favorite among western fans. You are in for a fun ride with him.

One episode in and I can already tell this arc will be much better than the previous one although I'm really going to miss Dio and Takehito's performance as him.

Also Erina did not age well, Speedwagon did though. I was also wondering if Nazis will show up, considering the year, and then the preview answered my question.

Early twenties if my memory is right.

If the pacing goes right, the first big bad should awaken in the episode that will be aired on the 21st of December.
