Those scans seems to be from the next volume. And looking at the chapters name on the table of contents someone posted:

Chapter 66 誤算 (Miscalculation)

There was some changes from the magazine version:

Magazine chapter 65-67 seems to have been joined as new chapter 65 (defeat), 68-71 was renumbered to 66-69 and there is a new chapter 70 that have yet to be released on the magazine (will it be the chapter from this month? or only available for those who buy the volume version?).

So entei08, rather than being off-screen, seems like it happens on that chapter 70.

I think my favorite head is the king cobra head (8 heads ftw!!!).

But seriously, these are amazing additions to the story. Rather, these are needed additions. Kongou and Misaki follow ups were noticeably missing from the serialization. Hoping for more Gunha as well as more info on the shadow metal and what happened to gensei.

The next volume of Railgun who has the last chapter of the arc seems to have a lot of new material (fair since we got a lot of short monthly chapters. For the moment we know there is a scene with Mikoto visiting Kongou in the hospital probably to thank her for the help, Misaki and Mitori saving Dolly's sister (Full-tuning?) and the addition of other dragon heads when Touma lost his arm.

Mikoto thought she was allucinating since she saw Touma's arm was fine the next moment but Gunha and Touma shouldn't be able to just shrug this thing off.

There is a 8x cobra made of ice, fire, earth, wind(?) there... even one has wings in the head which automatically leads me to think of the aztec god Quetzalcoatl .
