And yes, the footage of folks trying to replicate that ingame is pretty amusing, too.

Notice people are starting to use laser painter more often after the update. Still a small amount but at least once in a while something is locked on.
Haven't played enough games but what you think of the patch? Stuff that was patched that I'm going to miss. Spoiler for contain swearing... a lot:

I too noticed the lack of swearing when I was reviving team mates before. Strange enough I just didn't feel like playing Medic anymore...

Wait, wait.. I got this.. On the off chance you are being serious... all Modern Military Shooters are the same when you get down to it with some focus differences (vehicles in BF, fast gun-play in CoD), also Battlefield (2002) came out before Call of Duty (2003) and Medal of Honor (1999) before that.

Is it just me, or 16 player maps makes the game become COD-like?
Seriously, I freaking raged yesterday because no matter what I did, would always result in Death? Observe and wait: stabbed to the back Move and search: shot from out of fucking nowhere

I find most 16-player maps horrible and boring, because, as you say, it's CoD. You spawn, you die. The problem transfers to certain maps such as OpMetro, Peaks and Bazaar, with any amount of players. Sometimes even on big maps with 64-player.
The only maps I really like playing are Caspian 64, Canals 32/64, Firestorm 64 and Kharg 64. Sometimes Highway aswell. All of them of the "Large Conquest" quality. The others are, tbh, crap. These 4 are as close you can come to a BF map, though it still isn't enough. The rest are just camper heaven or "Corridorfield" where you have one or two approaches and nothing more, resulting in boring stalemate with one side demolishing the other. Funnily enough, I've completely stopped playing Rush. It was awesome in BC2, here it's... Just horrible. You rarely get even teams.

And your teammates should spot enemies. I hate when people just ignore the Q button(or whatever button you use for this)

How are you guys running it?
Everthing low+Ultra meshes makes the game absolutely more enjoyable since it wont skip frames online (60~80). The truth is, you need a better PC not to run@max settings and yes on low with high FPS... I can't believe how consistent my frags got thanks to this.
