Put it simple, I deny the plot after ep 8, and I deny anything which is not Sheryl's goodness. So, yeah, I have heard the song and seen the kiss, but I have never watched ep 9 to 25.

Well it seems like with the exception of Newtype Ranka still (magically) manages to keep her place ahead of Sheryl in other magazines' rankings, despite her poor performance in the latter half of Macross F

I voted when this thread started so I voted for Alto, Sheryl, and Ranka. I would've had more if I would have waited though.

1. Sheryl!!!! (The best songs and the best character development)
2. Alto (I don't really care for him by himself, but with Sheryl I like him.)
3. Ranka (I like some of her songs? Not as much as Sheryl though.)

Well, actually, both girls have some special "power" with their hair...

Ranka's hair moves, and Sheryl's hair keeps changing color (in the concert)

But somehow ppl only concertrate on Ranka's hair XD

You know, justavisitor, I agree with you here. It'd be nice if we had some more details on how do those holographic effects, and technology for that matter, work in Sheryl's concerts. And not only that.

It's true though, Ranka's hair, their shape and certain animal resemblance tends to focus the attention, not to mention that they have the ability to move and form funny wing shapes
