By the way, I just finished translating the other two Rei side arcs. There's just the need to give it a good proofread (then send it off to someone else for another final proofread, just to be sure), translate the staff room (short, shouldn't take long), and the menu/GUI image stuff. That said, I should have it ready for a release sometime next week, or the following after that at the latest.

Eh. I understand why I wasn’t impressed by the preview backgrounds of Sui back then. Somehow, they posted the old versions and not the ones they remade for the game.

Spoiler for big pics:

First pics were the previews before the release and exactly the same as Matsuri’s, second are from the actual ps3 game (screenshots of videos, so the quality is pretty low). But that’s not all ! Even the PVs of every arcs didn’t have the updated backgrounds set :

What the hell Alchemist, that was some neat new stuff, at least inform us about it beforehand.

Oh well, better have a good surprise than be disappointed.

Mion's vest looks a bit weird in the new sprite, it seems to be smaller compared the old Alchemist sprites of Mion.

Because they probably wanted the players to focus more on her "assests" this time round. Anyhow, the vest does look weird, indeed. So does her facial expressions, which are borrowed from Kizuna. I also prefer her Matsuri sprites to the new versions.

Thats because it was most likely still in the early stages or they decided on making some finishing touches at the last minute. Games go through this all the time. The video game developing process is an interesting process. Happens with video editing too, I've been there.
