Its lame because its elementary school kids in relationship. The dumb guy believe the words of someone who he just rejected badmouthing the girl he claim to like. Thats just too cliche. I do like Ichiko responds when the girl return the brooch though.
And Ichiko is supposed to be lucky. Whats so fortunate about this except that fact that she don't have to date a stupid boy.

Also how come Ichiko is so easily KOed by the jealous girl? She can easily handle suplexes from momiji. How is Ran hurt from the falling building. She can crack concrete just by falling. I do know this is a parody show so ridiculous things do happen but i think it is trying to hard to show make us sympathise with her.

Anyway, i think Ran will stick with Ichiko no matter what. That girl is straight as an arrow (non romantic wise) and if she said it, she will do it. Even if they do end up vying for the same guy it will be a fair one.

It's been 8 eps and you still haven't figure out that being lucky doesn't mean you would have a smooth interpersonal relationships? Otherwise she wouldn't be lonely all the time.

2. It is several tonnes of concrete on top of Ran instead of just her own weight.

you have to consider sometimes facts get exagerated for comedic effect, even in shows like rurouni kenshin you can see things like kaoru punching kenshin sending him trough a wall, though in this case, migth be easier to assume the oppositte.

I see Ichiko's 'interest' in Kenta not as a physical attraction/love interest, but more as jealously at what Kenta has.

Mainly family, and being able to have unconditional trust among them.

I've yet to see anything that shows Ichiko has a sex drive other than the flashback in which it seemed to have died when that little brat destroyed Ichiko's innocence.

Now to say, it couldn't develop later.

I have yet to watch the episode, but I just listened to episode 3 of the web radio, and it was highly entertaining, best of the first 3 so far. Kanda Sayaka, the singer who's voicing Nadeshiko, was pretty on the ball, adaptable, and extremely funny as the guest. Shimono Hiro (Momō), was as usual, an awesome host for the show. Surprisingly, Kanda is an anime Otaku, and she watches all 1st episodes of the anime each season before narrowing down what to follow. She's current following shows like Accel World, Hyouka, Binbougami ga (of course), among several others.

this last episode was very funny specially the second half, momijis interactions with kuroyuri were pure gold, was she voiced by sawachiro, it sounded very similar but i couldnt be really sure, anyway next episode "Ibuki shit" its gonna be very interesting.

Ranmaru was LOL all awkward about Keita.
A prince of tennis parody? Well, it was fun to watch.
Looks like Sakura found something she wasn't good at.
Momiji got reinforcements - Kuroyuri.
Their little cooking contest was a fiasco...
Well.... this was an interesting episode, but slightly less funny.
