Episode 47: Life Scattered on the Blue Planet - 09/09
Within the pitched battle for La Gramis, Kio finds he's fighting his Vagan
friend, Deen. For Kio, the attack by the X-Rounder-power-enhanced Deen is the
worst enemy he could possibly face.

Episode 48: The Glitter of Despair - 09/16
Knowing that there will be many casualties on both sides, Zeheart, steeling his heart,
commands to fire the Dig-Magellan. Flit, having predicted the attack and the destruction
of Diva, works to save the Gundam and the Diva's crew. If that attack fails, Zeheart will
be driven from the Vagan forces, and what will Asemu do…?


Episode 49: End of a Long Journey (Final Episode) - 09/23
As the siege of the Space Fortress La Gramis reaches to its final stages, and despite the
tremendous losses to both sides, the horror of war only increases. As the long struggle reaches
its end, can Flit, Asemu and Kio reach any kind of agreement with Ezelcant?

My bet is for a agreement between Ezelcant/Zeheart / EF to destroy the EXA-DB/Shido/Sid/Cid to put a end to the warfilled past.

We know Zanald want's the EXA-DB and might've sent out people to find it, what if he found it with Sid/Shido/Cid still being damaged, took the data and built Sid MK.2(Zera Grins) for Deen to pilot?

How did you arrive at that conclusion from these very limited spoilers? That's more fantasy/speculation than actual spoilers tbh...

I'd say Zeheart has a better chance of getting killed by a subordinate (i.e Fram) for firing on his own troops (we don't even know that he does this though, spoilers don't say it) than by Asemu. If their battle with Sid/Cid/Shido are any indication, Asemu is still behind his friend in skill, and Legilis is just superior to Dark Hound in every way.

Spoiler says he decides to fire despite knowing there will be casualties on both sides, and it will be quite in line with Project Eden, which involves massive sacrifices on both sides in order to select "superior race". As for Asemu, I think he will be able to pull the trigger under certain circumstances, for example Zeheart having X-Rounder runaway (which i think is possible, seeing how crazy he looked in last episode). But you right, it is just a speculation.

I really hope it won't come to that. I kinda like Zeheart and how he got development outside being second arc antagonist, but his characterization in last two episodes was horrible.

Wait, did I hear you right? Asemu is the most skilled pilot in this series. This battle confirmed that, if anything. Asemu had an outdated suit and still pretty much figured out how to defeat SID. This is the point of building up Legilis/Zeheart as the overwhelming favorite to win against Asemu. It's poetic justice too: Remember when Zeheart called out Asemu for relying too much on AGE-2DB's power? It's going to be a karmic call-back to that.

Well, figuring out how to defeat something doesn't equals defeating it. Without Legilis firepower Asemu would have very good chance of getting slaughtered by SID.

Yeah, but I'm thinking we're in for a surprise in ep48 on how Asemu will overcome those odds, or is the DarkHound hiding something; The Super Pirate might have some new surprises in store.

I don't think that Asemu will be slaughtered again by sid as it shows that he can read sid's pattern now. and also without asemu, zeheart would not have defeated sid it's still asemu's judgement that he defeated sid. if only darkhound is more equipped, asemu could have defeated sid as he has come closer tp sid than zeheart before legilis got it's eyes open. so for me its asemu=zeheart;legilis>darkhound

Which is why I believe that Asemu will pull off something pirates normally do when they're outgunned: show their real arsenal.

Do find it interesting how things have changed up. Zeheart going from a guy who complained about his unit being unable to keep up with him to someone that is having to push his X-Rounder ability as hard as he can to fully control and master his unit. Agree as well with this karmatic callback to how Asemu just used the pure power of AGE-2 rather than skillfully using it.

Find it harder though to have Asemu and Zeheart matched up in a final battle. Dark Hound at the moment just doesn't seem to have enough firepower. Unless he is allowed to borrow the AGE Builder he might be out of luck. That may force the series to continue with the new generations Asuno settling the score against the previous generation's main opponent.

Asemu's still has his beam sabers... If he somehow could destoy Legilis shield to stop it from usit it's bits, he could have an advantage, I believe.

Legilis is tough, but it is not invincible. I'm sure if plot dictates it Asemu will be totally able to take Zeheart out, no matter how unrealistic it may be looking. Bigger problem for Asemu will be to find resolve to kill his friend.

True that at least with those beam sabers he should still have a chance. Though wouldn't hurt things for Asemu to have their suits be on a bit more equal footing. Big thing really is taking out those bits since that crazy shield would be pretty much impossible to deal with other than falling back until it came down.

Asemu fought Ezelcant in the Legilis to a standstill. Even though he didn't scratch his armor. He used only the DODS Lancer in that fight, though. If Asemu would had used the sabers, the result could had been different.
