Just to bring it up... on the matter of Akasha and Alucard in the flashback... yes, even after being sealed for 200 years Alucard was goddamn strong, and only him just being awakened if probably what allowed Akasha to need no help against him. However, there was really only one reason why Alucard was actually able to consume Akasha- Moka was his prisoner. It looks like Akasha let herself be impaled so she could reach Moka and seal her... admittedly, Alucard was still giving her a run for her money, but Akasha could've at least forced some sort of stalemate.

We will have to wait and see how Ikeda is going to continue the story, but for now I don't see anyway on how Alucard can be defeated, and even if they find a way to destroy him, it's not like Ikeda can pull something like that, out of nowhere, so there is still going to be an arc dedicated on Tsukune and Moka finding Alucard's weak points or developing some power (their Shinso blood, which has still been undeveloped, and we still don't know what kind of power it gives to it's users, since I still believe that Shinso vampires have some abilities that normal vampires can't use ) - personally, I don't think that Alucard is going to be defeated until Moka and Tsukune (along with the rest of the team) graduate from Youkai Academy - and decide what they want to do in the future, and there is still an entire school year (manga time), ahead of them, before that happens.

There really is no point into waiting for Moka and Tsukune to graduate in order to deal with Alucard, that would require another plot to where someone else who would want to use him for destructive puposes to reveal themselves. In this arc, its now or never, since he is awakening slowly but surely they need to develop a plan to take him down and i doubt Ikeda is going to stop it now. I believe Alucard really will be defeated in this arc and then another arc for the storyline in order to bring the series to a happy ending.

About Alucard weakening, i wasn't talking about the 7 years between now and the past, i meant the 200 years Alucard was sealed, from the flashbacks lets look at what we do know, Alucard didn't display any special powers or anything like that while fighting with Akasha and Akua, at best the only things he displayed were regeneration, absorption and enormous brute strength, he lacks in speed but his tentacles compensate for this making close combat difficult because of his absorption ability, luckily we have a bunch of geniuses for heros plus we have Tenmei and Touhou who know a thing or two about how to fight him, if our heros can get by Alucard's 3 abilities than they will have a chance then it would be just a matter on how to kill him, Alucard is nothing more than a hungry mindless monster, surely it shouldn't be that difficult to fight him, but of course, whatever he lacks, he will have something else to make up for it, as for his powers, weve only seen 3 of them so far, if he does have more powers than our heros will just have to use their heads more often.

Akasha had no choice she had to do what she did, mother knows best and saving her daughter was all that mattered to her, without the other 2 dark lords present, sealing Alucard the way she did was probably her only option, but i wonder why she chose to seal him that way, perhaps it was a way to get Moka away from her in order to give her daughter the happy life she deserved or mabye the method that the Dark Lords used in the past to seal Alucard was different from Akasha's method and that she had no choice.

Looks like we are bound to disagree on the matter of Alucard and how we think the current arc is going to develop, so we have no choice but to wait and see how Ikeda is going to continue developing his story.

Well, not really, i like this series very much, what i mean is that i have never seen an ending to a manga series before, ever, i guess thats why ive been saying those things about the ending and such, no i don't want it to end, not for a while hopefully, i don't mean that i don't like the manga or have lost interest in it, this is my number one besides the series "Freezing", for the moment

No doubt, they should be coming out in the next few days.

Though, in respect to the current conversation, I have to side with Chris38 on the issue, it's way too soon for the group to be facing Alucard directly. That's like having Goku as a child facing off against the kind of enemies he fought as an adult (Raditz, Vegeta, Frieza, Cell, Majin Buu). It would be more than a slaughter. The only reasons I could see him awakening now is to possibly revive Akasha and/or killing Gyokuro. I have no doubt she'll fall in this arc, possibly by Alucard himself. Wouldn't that be poetic justice, destroyed by the power she thought she could control. Though after that, it's very uncertain. Fuhai's weakened considerably since the last time he faced Alucard, there's no telling what state Akasha will be in if she's revived, the only one who'll still be in top shape is Mikogami, if he's even there. As Chris said, if they manage to defeat him regardless, it would be a major butt pull.

More probably, I foresee she and her other subdivision leaders will go down in this arc. After that, there's still the problem of those eggs Miyabe's been planting. Since he'll probably be the new leader of Fairy Tale once Gyokuro falls, the battle is far from over. So I don't see the manga ending anytime soon. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Thats if Miyabi has any interest in keeping Fairy Tale alive, but i doubt that considering the kind of guy he is, Fairy Tale is a sideshow for a more sinister enemy. The way Fairy Tale works is that, if the HQ falls so does it's chain of command so the organization itself will fragment into splinter factions so to speak. I find it hard to believe that Miyabi can be sinister, he is brutal though, however as they say "looks can be deceiving".

Yeah, even with her powerful self-regeneration, I doubt she'll be fighting again for the rest of the rescue mission. So it'll be up to the others to fight the remaining subdivision leaders, and then the epic showdown between Tsukune and Akuha. But yeah, Ruby's out of it. Ah well, she took one down, so they're one step closer to Moka, and Akuha.

As for the spoiler, sweet. Do they have one of Ura-chan? Love seeing her in bloomers, or just about anything else. That scene of her in the second to last episode of the manga was the funniest of the whole season.

allucard starts to awaken... he opened his mouth...everyone felt its presence... mokas rosary is sparkling (like duo breaking the rosary seal...static discharge and such) and it looks that it must hurt (like when she ripped off the rosary forcefully in season1 with kiria if I remember)

we get skipped to the gang...they enter a room with many doors so they choice one... while ling (chinese guy) remains in that main room to guard the entrence.... he has a fight with a girl that loves pain from others (well ruby likes like somone spanks her...... while that other person with horns likes to see other people bleeding,screaming in pain ect).... ling gets his ass kicked and almost killed by that girls chainsaw.... than yukari interrupts (she come back to help) and in meantime ling used some martial arts tech and wins against that girl.... it turns out that it was just a fodder of one of those masters from gyokuro gang (he enters out from the shadows...kinda young male)

so nothing much of very interesting stuff is happening... besides moka appearing in 2pages ^^ hope she wont be eaten or wont lose her omote side before tsukune gets there

but the allucard awaknienig is happening...yet many other masters to defeat >__< so mostly it will end with allucards awakening so the gang will have to face it somehow

but it looks like it... not mention that current fight with another of them did not even start XD so its like 2-3chaps for 1general... and there is like 6-7 of them besides kaluha and akua

Yeah, that's going to suck ass. Been done so many times already it would be nice to see something different for a change. Sucks even worse with the least favorite character is up to bat now for what two months? What a letdown...

Well, I don't like the development of Alucard awakening, since I doubt the gang would be able to defeat him, at the current moment, so I really wonder where Ikeda is going with this development.

Not to mention that, breaking the Rosary (which is what seems to happen in chapter 47) equals the disappearance of Outer Moka, unless some plot twist is going to occur that will change that.

Anyway from the looks of it, the battle is going to continue, although the gang seems to be splinting up, so maybe the only one who will proceed toward the confrontation with Akua (and probably Alucard) is going to be Tsukune, while the rest of the gang is busy fighting against the Fairy Tail's leader's (off screen or with some brief mentions on their fights).

At least I hope that it's going to proceed like this...

On another matter, after this chapter I think that Fong Fong has grown out of his role as a gag character.

Uh ... I am not happy. I have the feeling that Alucard will be able to overpower Moka's band-aid fix rosario. We all know that Touhou Fuhai did only a quick repair on the rosario before Moka went to Sky Garden To make the drama perfect it could be right in front of Tsukune's eyes, now wouldn't that be the perfect cliffhanger for a later chapter?
As for the remaining fights, I'm a bit torn. I want to see how everyone has grown stronger, but I also don't really want it to focus for every full chapter due to R+V being monthly. In cases like this the monthly release can be torturing even though October passed quite fast. And there's still the wait for the remaining reinforcement to appear.

Crap, this is not looking good. Yet for some reason, I can't help but feel a bit puzzled. By all accounts, Alucard shouldn't be able to awaken as long as the seal is intact. So why is he beginning to stir now, when the seal isn't close to shattering? Is something else causing him to awaken, or is there another force at work that we don't know about? Hopefully we learn the explanation, before Moka becomes Alucard's next meal.

As for the group, hmm, I thought the Fong Fong battle was a bit drawn out. Maybe it'll make more sense once it's translated. But since the flunky's down, the second boss has appeared. And the group is running through a plethora of traps trying to reach Moka. At this rate, I'm betting Tsukune will have to fight Akuha just to get into the inner sanctum, why run the risk of being devoured herself? She'll then go on how it's already too late, and Tsukune should just give up, since he'll never see Moka again. Fat chance of that, troll! Hurry up, Tsukune, time is running out!

Regarding the matter of Alucard's awakening and the breaking of Outer Moka's Rosario, honestly I fell an incoming plot twist that will completely surprise Gyokuro, Akua (and the reader's as well).

First of all, I think that Akasha has put some safe blocks that would prevent the Rosario from being completely broken , since why else would she say that the only one who can remove the Rosario is someone who means no harm and truly cares about you. (In other words Tsukune), and since Akasha spent quite a lot of time with Tohou Fuhai, she probably knows that there are some ways to forcefully remove a seal, like the Rosario, so she might have installed some functions in it, that would prevent the Rosario from completely breaking. After all, I believe that Akasha was aware of what Gyokuro's ambitions are, considering she wanted Moka to leave the Shuzen Mansion, before Gyokuro has arrived there.

Second of all, is the fact that Tsukune also possesses Moka's Shinso blood, which might become pretty important in the matter of awakening Alucard. In other words, I believe that Moka alone isn't capable of fully awakening and Tsukune's Shinso blood is also required for Alucard to completely awaken. Since, after all we still haven't got a clear explanation on how the matter of inheriting the blood of a Shinso has on the matter of a Shinso's blood synchronization, which is what is causing Alucard to awaken in the first place.

At least those are my theories on how the matter of Alucard's awakening and the breaking of Rosario is going to be resolved, in the case that Tsukune is going to be late (and unfortunately, the plot of this arc seems to be going in that direction)...

nah my guess is that no-one except Tohou funai and Kurumu... know about tsukune's shinsho dark mode... so mostly Akuha doesnt know that tsukune too has moka's special blood... she like rest might think that tsukune has mokas normal blood the one she has when she is sealed

so mostly it will be a total supprise to see tsukune in that dark mode... my guess is that tsukune arrives.... the seal is almost broken... tsukune runs towards moka... than he might be cut in half by akuha... moka sees that... her rage couses the seal to break.... just like when she awakens in that forcefull way of beign pissed off becouse akuha cut akasha in half..... in this moment as she sees tsukune beign cut in half... she remembers everything what happened in past at shuzen mansion...and to her mom (and that she will meet a boy who will be able to take off the rosary and it will point her fated person)

but allucard might want to eat moka... yet tsukune will arrive in his dark mode to protect her... yet something tells me that akasha is still alive inside that thing... and from inside she might do something to protect her child

or it would be funny if allucard wants to eat moka... but in last sec tsukune pushes moka from the way and is eaten instead... but later we learn that tsukune went inside to pull akasha out...since her sacrafice is no longer needed as allucard is awake already... and later moka might bring tsukune back with a kiss (kinda like with kurumu)

yet I feel that the awakening is a bit too rushed... previous chapter allu didnt even move a musce...but now he opened his mouth already.... so what he prepares to devour moka first...


anyway I hope for Akasha to be ressurected... so she can take on Gyokuro as payback for what she done...so her evil ways will end there... mother vs mother

In this chapter the part between Fang-Fang and Yukari is interesting...is like a new couple

I don't know if Alucard is going to awaken.., however, i hope that if he is really going to awaken, he turn in uman form (He regained consciousness of himself),and try to take Moka for his self...not for kill her,but for make her, his woman,this would be a great development for the history...the true antagonist of Tsukune.., not only in fight for save the world, but also an antagonist in love.... frankly, i don't like Alucard like this.....
