It was mentioned in one of the anime making discussions that were translated. Kawakami had countless pages of material for the anime makers, he also did a scale model of Musashi and made of video of him doing Kimi's dance so the animators had a reference to work with. Of course the video hasn't been shown but there's been all kinds of jokes on 4chan that one day someone on the studio is drunk enough to leak the video to youtube.

I'd be awesome if they did without repercussions. Minus the human holding genital part (unless it really is just her hand positioned to cover for the audience), you see this sorta thing on Simpsons and Family Guy. I can't see why not if this were to be on Adult Swim.

I dunno, Adult swim has some odd censoring. They'll bleep out most of Deadman Wonderland and then show a commercial about condoms. I actually hope that AS doesn't pick it up, because CN has been known to redraw or drop parts out if they feel it inappropriate.

You know what's funny when I rewatched that funny scene. It made me realize that Torii is probably small

if it can be blocked by a hand curled up into a fist or grab plus the position of the arm. Its like the censoring for the girls part but that's understandable because it won't dangle... oh CRAP WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT!!!!

You also have to take in its Flaccidness. Add in that the average size is six inches, so its probably more realistic than anything.
