It was. They just confirmed it will be 2nd TV season and not some movie or OVA

As great as it is that more of his work is getting adapted, I would have much preferred an announcement about YowaPeda getting a second season. ;_;

Well, I think this makes it more likely, not less. And the disc sales and general merchandising success of Yowapeda make that announcement a pretty good bet at some point.

. To be honest I was surprised they didn't just hold up on the original P4 anime and just do a Golden version in the first place.

Impressive how they’re thinking outside the box in milking Persona 4 even more. I mean, I love SMT and Persona, but still, it's peculiar how they chose remaking the anime over releasing an ova.
