That's the general case, but there are a lot of exceptions. Usually people living together for a long time (be it family, married couples, friends, etc.) are less likely to be attracted to each other both physically and romantically. But it is also very common people that grew up together and lost touch during adolescence to be attracted as adults, whether that leads into a relationship or not, varies on the individuals' psychology, their social circle and their relationship within it.

So, Anastasia wants to be called "Ana", right? Well, I'm rebelling against the system and going to keep calling her Anastasia. Why is that? Well it's simple M logic, see. I keep calling her Anastasia, she gets upset, she steps on me while asking me "what did I tell you to call me?" and I'll keep calling her Anastasia and she'll keep grinding her foot on my c..... chin, yes, I was going to say chin, you know, the lower part of ones face

While it's true that 'Touma' is not a rare name (Though it's still less common that names ending with 'Ichi' or 'Suke'), it's generally accepted in modern Anime era that there is only one Touma 90% of the time people are referring to, unless stated otherwise
