Quite problematic is that NGNL and Log Horizon have almost nothing common, so it's quite difficult to pick something to similiar of both

You can try EC webnovel Four badass protagonists in (not exaclty) VMMORPG world. Mondaiji-tachi has pretty much same premise and overal mood as NGNL so you don't have to think twice here.
