Yeah, the episode had 3 almost fatalities: Mikoto, Saten and Harue.

Putting aside the surrealism of the whole scene i.e throwing a girl as if she didn't have weight, another girl catching the former without breaking an arm and falling together.... that scene was pretty much asking for it.

Hey, it would be cool if there was a scene (edited, obviously) where Saten misses catching Harue or both falling together .

People wanting for those bloody scenes to happen have to realize, they are impossible.

Mikoto has her super senses and is able to sense and destroy even non-metal projectiles that travel faster than sound.
A big metal plate flying at her is like a joke to her.

Saten could not tear tear her arm off because human body does not work that way.
Muscles on fingers are weaker than those on your shoulder, Harue would slip from her way before she would tear her arm. (dislocation is possible, breaking unlikely)
Harue would have to be atached to her arm for it to be teared away, or she would need to hit it at extreme velocity.

Harue on the other hand would not survive the fall, but Kuroko was right down bellow them, so she would have catched her either way.
(Though Saten catching her like that is way cooler , even though the ladder placement was quite funny, they could have at least made it go all the way to bottom.)
