Finally got around to watch this ep, and seriously, this is like the hardest route I've ever seen , but man, Toori is like the most GAR character when it comes to confessing love. I gave my best respect for him.
The music is fantastic, too. I swear my eyes was teary even with Horizon's deadpan dialogue. That touching moment when Horizon finally falls into his arm.

I'm a bit confused too (writing the synopsis for this episode is suffering), but from what I understood, the present Horizon reminds him of what the past Horizon would have become in the present. Remember that Horizon's cooking sucked bad when she was young, and P-01s has been trying hard to cook breakfast ever since he first met her.

None: Senjougahara(Bakemonogatari) is partially yandere. Horizon is just emotionless, due to her being a bot and had her emotions all stolen.
And I finally got to finish the episode! LOLZ at the exchange between Horizon and Toori. The way how Toori just tried to have Horizon give him permission to grab her breast is this episode's shining moment.

Finally caught up with this series. I'm loving it so far. Toori is an amazing lead, and the characters are amazing too. If only they boobs aren't that big >.<. They're really an eyesore too me. It kinda feels like I'm watching a hentai series when looking at those overly huge breasts lol. Still, one of the best this season, if not the best just due to an amazing lead and soundtrack, not to mention all star seiyuu.

Gosh...
What a clever confession scene... The last confession scene that makes me drop jaw is back in 2009 from a certain fascinating confession... This episode is excellent !!! And i wanna be Suzu resting in a comfortable pillows... @jeroz Senjougahara is yandere, while Horizon is kuudere... Both has its hardship... And i think its more difficult to catch Kimi~nee... |

The second half of the 12th episode should have been the beginning of the first episode. The second half of the first episode should have been a long monologue from a narrator about the setting of our story.
It only took 12 episodes to sort of figure what is sort of going on. But we still need to be informed that... - In the future, humans went to space. - Space faring Japanese people (I assume) returned to an abandoned Earth. - they got freaked out and took war reenactment and cosplay to the next level. They all decided to adopt different cultures of the extinct peoples of Earth and tried to restore the planet by becoming super hardcore cosplay war re-enactors but it all got too real and they fought for real and the people who adopted a Japanese like culture got screwed. |

The Harmonic Divine States are not the realm they are referring to...it's a most likely pocket dimension like space where everyone else besides the Japanese were living in.... The realm concerned AFAIK was long lost to them even before the Harmonic Unification war...

- In the far far far future some humans went away somewhere with super technomagical technology.
- some people (mostly Japanese?) came back to an empty planet or something, people were gone. - they decided to use their tech to make places to live but stay close to each other on the patch of Earth that was the least messed up - they decide to recreate/restore the lost cultures of Earth by becoming war reenactors/cosplayers and adopting the cultures of the extinct humans in order to restore them - technology fails, war reanactment gets real - people who adopt the ancient Japanese culture lose, get screwed over, and have to live on some ship that flies in circles. more accurate? |
