Has anyone seen Ga-Rei Zero? Urobuchi didn't write that series either.

Can't speak about that show without spoilers, but this episode reminded me of it.

Unfortunately, I think this particular situation is rather disappointing in comparison.

Slaine makes a rather poor protagonist if not, and Inaho hasn't even gotten to pilot ALdnoah yet.. Plus there's that clip at the end of the op credits where Seylum points a gun at someone with tears in her eyes. Always figured that would end up being Slaine on the receiving end.
