DO NOT BUY. She is ugly and atrocious, I've seen Supermen that look better than that hunk of plastic. Her legs are toothpicks, yet she manages to avoid looking sexy. Not to mention her eyes - they're bug's eyes, I've seen spiders with eyes I could stare into longer than hers. Unsatisfying purchase, avoid at all costs.

Mio's character-design isn't really that outstanding to begin with that's why all the prize-figures of the K-ON girls look like cr*p You have to invest a lot of time and money in these to make them look right (and have that sense of moé)

VN02's design is a bit "far out" for my taste Seen it person too, I didn't find any flaws on that one.

I might get the next Max Factory Miku, based on TonyTaka's design!

The seamline in the hair is usually noticable on figures, that's where they put the front and the back part of the hair together It's not a problem if the characters wears a hairband, nekomimi-band or the headsets on Vocaloids, but that's not on option here...

Not me, but someone on another forum I frequent has one. Some nice pictures of her here; http://winterscar.com/main.php?g2_itemId=10301 -- his site also has other figures. He goes a bit overboard with the pics sometimes, I think. But shows off the figures well.

Yea, that line, unless you want to strip your figure and sand it away, you gotta deal with it.

Um, I'll post some pics I took of her. I have to use natural light, so they're not going to be breathtaking, and they're not going to do her complete justice, I'm afraid. I'd say buy, but seeing as only HLJ has her for list price, I say only buy if you're willing to take such a plunge.

The main thing that had me raeging on MyFigureCollection about VN02 Miku is that she isn't truly 1/8 scale, she's about 1/9 or 1/10. It doesn't hinder her awesomeness, but it kinda hurt to find out that the cake was a semilie, for lack of better words.

I got it, still in the box though >.> I think other than the face, this figure is essentially perfect. The face is fine by itself, but it's really not 'miku'. The eyes are also slightly asymmetrical. I'd have preferred a face sculpt like the World is Mine Miku Natural Frame Miku though. Still an unbelievably well sculpted figure though.

Wow, this is probably the best looking default style Miku I've seen. Definitely getting it.

Anyways, been arranging my figurines, and it seems like 1/7 and 1/8 don't go together very well. When you put them together, the 1/7 one just look like giants.
