Basically I do not want high school romance, unless its bit intelligent.

No need direct hentai smut, just shadow or implied is fine.

Not to offend you or anything, but I just couldn't help but let out a chuckle after seeing your title and what your requirment and exceptions are.

So have you seen anything that comes close to what you are asking for? It might help with the suggestions.

To add: less childish looking characters. Uwasa no Midori was interesting, but the art wasn't my liking. Something more human, like Kanojo was Uso wo or strong story like Milk Tea.

Looking at those titles listed above in your post, they seem to be all manga/novel. I guess you are only asking for manga/novel suggestions? I'll leave the thread to the manga/novel experts.

So are you looking for shows with adults and implied sex? (There aren't any mainstream anime television shows with explicit sexuality except OVA. Most dramatic anime hardly even has kissing.) Then I'll suggest REC and the Lupin III/Mine Fuijko remake. Maybe Mnemosyne, though I'm not sure it's a romance. Perhaps the second half of the OVA qualifies. Aki Sora is about as close to hentai as mainstream anime gets. It's a brother-sister incest show, though, if that matters. Maybe Genji Monogatari Sennenki?

Have you read Minamoto-kun Monogatari? How about Haru yo, Koi? The later has some sex scenes in it but nothing too explicit.

I came up a few examples. Sword online had implied sex recently and Ichigo 100% (manga) as well. Somewhere the lines like those, are fine. Don't want a series that beat around the bush, to much.
