Actually, in the afterword to volume ten, the author said it would be what happened three years ago.

I know this is an important plot point, but all I can think of is "RestiaRestiaRestia"

If so it'd be much more than a flashback. A flashback is just characters recounting past events; since most of the main characters aren't aware/don't remember what happened these revelations have the potential for major plot development. Hopefully we can get a lot of questions answer as well.

Don't forget, the author said in the afterword that V11 wraps up the Blade Dance competition arc.

Hence, the Cross Fire event will be concluded as well.

hmm so vol 11 would likely contain the flashback 3 years ago and then wrap things up at the current blade dance huh,i'm getting excited to know what happened 3 years ago and what would Kamito do with the wish this time

Personally, I think that it's too soon, for that to happen ... when we even don't know, what will actually occur, when someone kills an Elemental Lord.

Something related to the Elemntal Lords is probably going to occur, considering the next volumes title, but I think it's more related with,what happened 3 years ago - which resulted in the "abnormalities" of the current Blade Dance - rather then the continuation of the "current day" events.

@kazzuya i'd say no only because I suspect that Rubia destroyed all the cameras so the elemental lords wouldn't get in the way.
