Not really most of Akeno behavior is just a act and is mainly to tease Rais, to early to tell for Mero though.

PPS: I have no idea why people say she's like Akeno...Mero wants to fall in love, have a secret and loveless relationship with him (on his side at least) and ultimately lose tragically. Akeno on the other hand wants to be the mistress, she doesn't want to "lose", she simply wants to be with him despite knowing he loves Rias.
