So I'm running outta anime again. I want a lighthearted harem, as in that it's not very serious. It should get serious at times though... you know, like kiss scenes and so on. Should have lots of comedy.
A few examples are Shuffle, Inukami and Amaenaideyo.
There should (preferably, not necessarily) be ecchi.

Oh and I also have a completely different request from the one above... A romance anime with sex scenes. I'm not asking for mindless hentai, but something that only has like 1-2 sex scenes. It should be more about the romance than the sex.
I don't know why I want an anime like this. I just feel the urge to watch one.

Ayashi no Ceres manga has lots of sex scenes, including five sex scenes between the main couple in hotel rooms.

Fushigi Yuugi manga has three sex scenes. The one in the manga only is so romantic and sweet. It is really touching and all about romance.

Happy Hustle High was one sex scene.

Mars has a sex scene.

Kare First Love has a sex scene.

Kare Kano has a sex scene.

Bokura ga Ita has sex.

Sailor Moon manga has a sex scene before the wedding.

If you liked Amaenaideyo you will like Girls Bravo and Girls Bravo 2

Da Capo
...maybe Ai Yori Aoshi

^all those, pretty much like Shuffle!, start in a lighthearted manner, but gets more serious towards the end.

As for the second suggestion... Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, tho this will be a dramatic ride

Get yer tissues ready no matter which girl you will support

Rec is a pretty good (and short) romance series with one sex scene.
Futari Ecchi most definitely.

it has sex scenes but also an amazingly touching story about love and life morals ^_^

You should watchKanon Remake(i think its better than the first one) What do u mean by light hearted?!?!

The problem with recommendations like Kimi ga Nozomu Eien and Kanon is that they are both NOT light hearted. They are the type that makes people A: want to cry or B: Curl up and die. Other other recommendations are all fine though.

Ah! My Goddess!

Extremely lighthearted IMO. Out of the 48 Episodes (2 seasons), you can safely say less that 7 are extremely serious. No sex, not even a kiss though (man Keiichi's a wimp..), but lots of love ^_^

I havent seen that many anime but Love Hina sounds pretty close to what you are looking for... make sure to get the sequels too (Love Hina Again iirc)
