Yes and not quite yes
Bernkastel and Lambdadelta in a way is Rika and Miyo, but they are NOT Rika and Miyo. For example, if you are to play an online MMORPG like WOW, you can say you are the character but the character is NOT you. Same thing, they used Rika and Miyo as their 'characters' to play in the game No, it's almost impossible The worlds of Umineko and Higurashi are COMPLETELY different, although some dramatic Irony such as when battler says '...Recently I read a novel called Higurashi no Naku Koro ni' and when George says '...I was taught the way of tea by the manager of Okonogi Food'. Rena's last name is Ryuugu, and Maria's last name is Ushiromiya, despite that her father never appeared so far, I don't think Rena and Maria are related in anyway, just by their hair... Plus, if they ARE related, then Leviathan the stake might be related to Mion and Shion |

Ever wondered what had happened,
between Minagoroshi-hen and Matsuribayashi-hen? (I know this sorta belongs in the Higurashi board, but they don't have Lambdadelta do they? So it fits more into the Umi. thread) Spoiler for Minagoroshi to Matsuribayashi:
(Translated by me) Plus some Sneak-Peaks from the will-be-releasing Umineko Anime: Spoiler for Umineko Animed:
