The real question is what happens once he returns. The goddesses will all fight over him without knowing whats going on. It seems as though the remnants of vintage will remain and the most interesting part is assuming the person who will help dokuru is Urara what role will she play. (its been so long I forgot her name haha)

Why not? Shiori has little to no close friends and this is the first time has been able to talk to another girl her age who shares some common interests with her.

I could even take it a step further - just like how Tsukiyo wanted to get to know Keima better, Shiori can learn more about what Keima was up to if she learns more about the goddesses.

What worries me is that Minerva is actually evil and is planning to corrupt the other girls using Shiori's body, starting with the Roman aristocrats and their male consorts.

And now for some more general comments.

- I am constantly suprised at Tsukiyo's dere-dere. I keep thinking that she's a tsundere when in actuality when she was being tsun it was because she was genuinely pissed of at Keima.
- Since when did Shiori know about the goddesses? I guess Minera actually does talk to her.
- Tsukiyo's look when she was thinking "I wonder what happened betwen her and keima" seems hilarious for some reason
- With Ayumi in the last page, it looks like all the goddess hosts who aren't "in the know" have gathered together. By "in the know" I mean that they don't know about Keima hitting on all the other girls

Vintage isn't omnipotent. Considering the panel before we see the devil is a shot of the Goddess hosts talking, I'm pretty sure that's what she was observing.

Of course she isn't spying on Ayumi. Hiding in one spot to look out for a moving target doesn't make any sense. However, spying on two stationary people hosting what Vintage has been known to target for a long time does make sense.

Since TWGOK is full of foreshadowing, I have doubts that the Vintage spy was spying on the 2 goddess hosts. Spying on target who is alone like Kanon, Yui, or Tenri will be more acceptable if we're going by your assumption. Theres no point to stalk 2 hosts when you actually already know you have no chance of capturing unlike the hosts who are alone. Besides, at the start of the arc it is made known that the goddess are protecting Keima for the duration he's in the "past", so it makes more sense to think that Vintage is after Keima.
