1. Resident Evil 4 (Gamecube)
2. Metal Gear Solid 3 (PS2)
3. Half-Life 2 (PC)

Think a close fourth would be silent hill 4 but I still haven't even played the third one yet.

Not too many, but here goes:

1) The Sims 2 -this is a must.
2) Half-Life 2 -close second, looks very promising.
3) The next Mario/Zelda/Metroid batch -and the last one if they are as kiddy as the previous ones.

Also had been looking forwards for Thief 3, but after visiting their website and reading the official title ("Deadly Shadows"), screw with it. I mean: "Deadly Shadows?" WTF were they thinking? Is it yet another FPS with lots of "deadly" action? How would they twist a sneaking game with a steam-fantasy plot to a mindless shooting?

Viewtiful Joe 2 looked good in the E3 report, but didn't look like it had anything new to offer -maybe if it doesn't have that annoying, regenerating boss anymore.

As of right now, off the top of my head.

Doom 3. Me and my girl are gonna get our co-op on.
Halo 2. Same reason and then some
GTA: I am looking forward to seeing if it can recreate that sense of wonder and open space that 3 did but Vice City failed to do for me.

There are probably others that may in fact override these three but they escape me at the moment.
