Naurto VCD Help
I need some help please. I made a vcd of Naruto 70 (encode by bakasan) and the subtitles where off of my tv (couldnt see them) Dose any one know what to do about this. I have been to www.vcdhelp.com and couldnt find anything.

you gotta reencode the video with a black bar all around the image to eliminate the overscan problem.
