In a more serious note, it's just my fic and my spin of things. Working from a handphone is not the fastest way to type a 30-minute episode, so progress is just rather rather rather slow. Regrettably, I might not be able to elaborate much till I get the first chapter done. I'm the kind who tries to include everyone in the fic, hence why when I saw the chance, I decided to ask. Anyways, here's something I've been working on for the past few hours, which serves as a prelude of sorts to the Perfect Grade Project.
Anything from Kha is either mixed with WH40k, WoW or F/SN. Take anything about canon from him with extreme caution. It's like playing with plutonium marbles.
I don't mind the WH40k. Crossovers with 40k are like crossovers with Dr. Who; they never fail to make the original material that much more crazy-awesome.
fate/stay night was pretty badass except for that horrible CGI dragon and the fact that the VN won't work on my computer for reasons unknown.
But keep that filthy world of snorecraft away from my OC. ^^;

I know Fragment of Armageddon seems kind of ridiculous but it is only going to be used once or twice. Its drawbacks are just too extreme for it to be authorized more than once in a blue moon. And it is rare that that amount of fire power is necessary anyways.

Honestly Fragment doesn't seem that OP. A 256-part beam is gonna be spread out everywhere; each beam wouldn't do much damage on its own. And if he can really quaff 28 cartridges and walk away fine, he's made of tough enough stuff to get away with that.

Like I said earlier, just living through 28 cartridges at once is a feat in itself. That said, this is certainly a powerful attack, not something you'd want to be on the business end of, but I don't see him busting it out first thing in a battle.

Actually, while I intentionally made Lia-chan into a slightly ojou-sama character, I gave her plenty of bits taken from Hayate's personality. She's prim and proper at first glance, but just get to know her and you'll find yourself in for a surprise since she can be sweet and highly sociable . However, she kinda develops a slightly wrong standard for physical intimacy (blame her mother), which leads to a number of grabs and gropes much like how mother does it.
Though the difficult part comes with the marginally domineering and slightly sadistic parts of her personality. While Rita may be upbeat and straightforward most of the time, Lia in turn can be subtle and manipulative. It shouldn't be much of an issue, but a small part of her ENJOYS toying around with others more than she should. Thus, there are times when she really wants to get her way, she can go as far as make threats along these lines.
Needless to say, if Rita insists on being stubborn while Lia's taking care of her, you can bet that the latter would resort to a number of 'methods' to get her Onee-chan to take better care of herself. Of course, Liliana does relent at times when Rita's particularly motivated since she's still a supportive imouto at heart. Although you can expect her to keep watch until Rita's fire burns out and is susceptible to some doting (and cleaning). XD
And yeah, she can be cruel at times and is not reserved in pointing out her elder sister's issues with her... 'growth.' She loves her onee-chan. Except that the quote "Love hurts" usually applies in her tender loving care.

Well, I'm going with the others and say that this is a well written character, but I'll also agree with that small background bit about mages. There are plenty of non-mages around, so saying they are the majority or minority is really a matter of speculation, however they are definitively not an exception to the rule.

Rinya's expression is based on Yui from K-On.
Actually I never wanted to design Iskan Baskir, mainly because I am inexperienced in drawing older characters. But after I decided to use him for this 4koma I just did it.
I was surprised myself that I did well.

The Special Navy Service Regiment (SNSR) is part of the Special Forces of the Cancri State. They operate under the navy in space- and ground operations and carry out extremely dangerous or top secret missions. They have a large variety of functions and are sometimes operating under different engagement orders than the rest of the military.
The SNSR is one of five Special Forces regiments and has three levels in the chain of command. The first is the SNSC (Command), consisting of a commander and several officers at his disposal. Under them are 600 soldiers divided into squadrons and sections.
The squadrons amount to 6 with 100 soldiers each. Each squadron is lead by a squadron commander that reports to the commander of the SNSC and his subordinates.
The sections split the 100 soldiers with 10 soldiers in each section. A Corporal is in charge of one section with a Lance Corporal as second-in-command. The rest of a section is comprised of privates or sergeants.
Section names are a combination of their number and squadron belonging, e.g; a section belonging to the Wolf squadron is named Section #W.
The sections are sorted into different categories squadron-wise. It can range from attack, infiltration, engineer, support, etc, to utilize each individuals strength to the max.
Section commanders report to its squadron leader, while he reports to the SNSC.

Assassination Avoid being comprmoised and take out a vital target.
Assault Depends on the situation, but usually offers covering fire or similar.
Heavy Assault More powerful weapons, involves military vehicles.
Engineering General support, repair and maintenance.
Infiltration For stealing vital information or prepare for a bigger attack. Also involves hostage rescue.
Intelligence Gather info by different needs, such as aerial coverage, radar, etc.
Medical Self-explanatory.
Rescue Offers transport for injured, Search & Rescue ops and more.
Support Supplies, covering fire, etc.
Tactical Support Artillery, Navy hardware allowance.
Transport Offers logistics, transport of hardware, troops, etc.
Interesting look there on the SNSR. However, I'd point out that one weakness of the unit is that you appear to be using them into specialised roles, meaning that if the squadrons are isolated in areas where their skillsets can't help them, they'll be at a disadvantage.
I'd suggest something more similar to how the SAS, SEALs and Delta do things, which is to have each person specialise, but have a good working knowledge of the other aspects of the job (for example, in the SAS, they have A, B C D squadrons for Freefall specialists, Divers, Mountain Warfare and Desert Recon, but all SAS members regardless of squadron & specialty must have a good working knowledge of all aspects - thus an A Squadron parachutist would also train for diving and mountain warfare and desert recon).
That means that yes, the intel squadron, who are normally desk jockeys, are expected to also do PT and shoot at the range to build proficiency. (I'm reminded of the story of one guy who came to SEAL Team 2 in the 70s as a desk jockey and started hanging out with the SEALs and running PT with them. 15 years later he had graduated from BUD/S and was Team 2's new CO.)
Edit: Also, for some reason, the name SNSR reminds me of Australia's SASR (Special Air Service Regiment). Deliberate ref?
