Well there's two times where it can be said that Aqua lost his 'power'.

The first was in vol 16 when he fought the Amakusa, that one was temporary.

But the one in Volume 21, the one I've just read, it looks very much permanent.
His body seems to have suffered enough damage to lose all of his saint and God Right Seat powers. It's not even certain if he can still cast normal magic anymore.

Speaking of which, volume 21 chapter 8 is done... looks like that missing part 6 wasn't really anything important in the long run. And the missing part 9 was just to show case an uncharacteristically pissed off Fiamma.

Actually, there's a lot of stories that are suitable for this collection of short stories. For example, Index and Stiyl's past, Kamijou and Aogami Pierce and Komoe-sensei's past, Mikoto and Shirai Kuroko's past. But for this volume, I'll leave it as secrets. If there's a chance in the future, I'll tell these stories next time.

Nah, there is no good chance for Yuriko to be Touma's classmate. In paper he is still a level 5 and Touma's school is focused on working with low level espers; and even without going into speculations we have that Accelerator is already signed into another school meant for high ranked people, even though he doesn't go there in presence.

BTW from all of these speculations, I'm always surprised that people don't play with the fact that there is an all girls school that specializes in weird power development (Kazakiri's school), and when Touma heard that he "feared" that if his power became all well known he would end up having to assist there as the only male student.

Part 2 is in there too. Speaking of, I really hope that someone does some checks on the already translated contents of volume 22, I remember that the source was the original version and as such many terms and names and locations weren't really easy to get straight. In fact some are different from the already translated parts of volume 21... Like "Matteo Ritzgal " and "Gregory" on war report 4, and even editing is locked xD.

The Grimoire spell used by Fiamma and that Js06 isn't sure of how is romanized is the " ペクスヂャルヴァの深紅石 " or as I would romanize it, "Pex Djavura no Shinkou Ishi"

Its funny how people love this pair. They are in the top "Just F#$% Already" pairs.

Though it's also funny that people think that if Misaka likes him then Touma has to like her back.

In other words I will laugh when he rejects her.
