I'll be curious... What do you mean by "killing the wallpaper"? I know I have enough reasons to hate Vista, but is there some strange glitch in Vista's rendering of a wallpaper? Or is it just a random phrase?

It is my random phrase. Vista is not really killing it. However, its resource hungry environment is doing everything else!

Here is mine, something I created a while back . . .

I have had this on my desktop for like a month now, I used to change it all the time but lately I have been lazy lol

Spoiler for Desktop:

I think it looks better when all the icons are around it, I have so many that entire left side and top of the image is filled . . . .

My current desktop, I have it setup to change my wallpaper every 10 minutes from about 60 wallpapers that I have.
If you can't tell, I don't like desktop icons.

I have a program called Wallpaper Rotator, it will take a random image from a specified folder and switch it every so often (1 minute - xx months).

There's a registry hack that allows you to remove it also, if you are like me (when I'm in my windows partition) and download EVERYTHING to your desktop.
What they're doing is actually turning off the desktop icons.

I found this years ago, and have had it as my background ever since. I don't have any idea of the source, though.
