From the RAW, it's nothing new but It is something I will love to watch weekly.

We get about 4 Action harem genre shows this season. The art and animation of this look worst than Seiken Tsukai no World Break and Juuou Mujin no Fafnir (based on PVs) Let's see if Isuca will look better or worst than this...

Wow... From what the OP itself showed, the story seems to be way more wacky than it's been seen in the Manga Adaption of the LNs so far...

I knew that I won't really be watching this, but since there's nothing much to watch right now, I watched the first episode anyway. What was on my mind after the first 10 minutes: Kirito meets Asuna and gets separated from her right away

Loved how they started this episode with a battle royale, which I like how the characters fight with their Blaze weapons. Oh yeah, and despite having a Shield Blaze, Tohru Kokonoe just shows how badass he is!

On the other hand, I've notice some jarring animation like Rito Tsukimi's introduction. Thanks to SHIROBAKO, I can see that her face is getting a bit odd when doing the bunny hop!

Apart from that, I feel that this series might lean into fanservice, but I fear that it might fall towards mediocrity. Honestly, 8-bit should do more effort on this series unlike Le Fruit de la Grisaia.

I agree that the Birdy vibes (in terms if animation quality) were certainly present. Not a bad thing at all.

For me, the art was not bad but for an harem fantasy story, it certainly lacks uniqueness in terms of the uniform designs compared to similar others. Being a Diomedéa series scheduled to air this season, it unfortunately has the worst animation of the four works they are working around the same season and it is a TBS series, no wonder the studio will most likely won't give a fuck about it and is in desperate need of another studio in charge of the animation production assistance in every episode (à la KNIM & Jinsei), chances of that seeing it happen is very high, and it is coming for someone who had higher hopes for it than most other shows running this season.

Overall the animation was good(with some let downs in a couple scenes), but the one in the op was Really really good, liked it alot

The only thing bugging me right now is how the boobs are in this show, I feel like they dont fit in the body of the characters, like if they were forced, and that is a minus, but I wil try to deal with it

The eyes of Julie though, they are like the ones of a doll, and it's kinda creepy looking at them in some scenes

Nice start, gonna keep watching it

Well, I lasted half-way before I started staring at the wall behind the screen. Some credit to the anime there?
I guess if there is anything positive to say... Hmm... The OP moved a lot?
But even then, shots like those weird poses got put in weird locations. And then I find out those were already used in the episode, which was kind of funny in the wrong way.

There was some anime like this, something-Trinity or something like that, last season. I guess this belongs in that group of... stuff.

I know right? It's like they hired a bunch of flat loli characters and stuck water balloons where their breasts should be.

That bothered me too. They add gigantic balloon breasts into their clothes and make them look tight as possible as if we're seeing full-frontal clothed cleavage. It really stared me in here as well Dragonar Academy and Momo Kyun Sword in a bad way.

Not a bad thing at all. Spoiler for Comparison to other series' art/animation: I wouldn't say this series has worse art or animation than World Break or Fafnir... quite the opposite, actually. For me, I think Fafnir looks absolutely terrible across all fronts. That PV just screams cheap. The art style of World Break's source material was pretty nice... only to be butchered by those anime designs. The animation in the PV was okay, but not better than Absolute Duo's. I won't even comment on Testament because... ugh. Either way, different strokes for different folks.
