What if Satashi was god…
At the beginning Satashi created the sky and the land.
The land was filled with emptiness and darkness was covering it completely, Satashi’s spirit loomed its surface.
Satashi said: “Let there be light, it’s a bit annoying not being able to see my own writing…” And light there now was.
Satashi saw that the light was good, but the darkness was good too, so she separated them from each other.
Satashi called the light “day” and the darkness “night” and so there was a day.
Then Satashi spoke: “This is taking forever… I might as well just get over it in one shot.”
She picked a sheet and wrote the description and every thing she wrote appeared over the land, water filled the earth and greenery spread along the land. Trees sprouted bearing fruits or just filling the air with fresh air. The Sun and the moon were born and the night sky was filled with stars. Animals, birds and fishes were born, each having their own way of living and eating, Satashi stopped writing and spoke: “Be fertile, multiply yourself and fill the land, the water and the sky! ‘Cause I’m NOT starting over!”
Satashi watched he animals filled the land, the water and the sky; creating each species and each of them their own purposes.
Then Satashi created the first human to her image, it would rule over the fishes in the waters, the birds in the sky, the cattle and the reptiles crawling on the land.
That’s how wanwan was created, doming every other species…
Satashi took wanwan and put her in the Eden garden so she could cultivate it as she pleases. She could eat from every trees and every species. But, Satashi gave wanwan one warning: “You mustn’t touch the fruits of the knowledge of good and bad or you’ll die.”
wanwan swallowed and smiled, swearing to never eat it. She spent her peaceful days walking around the garden, helping the crops grow and taking naps under random trees. The only companions she had were a big blue wolf and a particularly shiny sword… which was held in the mouth of the wolf. One day, wanwan started to become bored and ask Satashi to come to her so she could ask her something.
Satashi came down from the heavens and smiled at wanwan, asking what she wanted. When wanwan saw Satashi, she made swirly eyes and blood flew from her nose as she fell backward in a loud THUMP! @////////////@
Satashi blinked and wondered why wanwan had lost so much blood from her nose like that, she decided that maybe she had made a mistake in her creation of her first human and decided to go back to the drawing board.
Meenwhile wanwan came to her senses and said the first word that came to mind to explain her precedent state…
“Bewbs…”
She got up and wandered around once again, the blue wolf sat next to her, the shiny sword now on its back.
“What’s wrong wanwan?”
“I saw something incredible…and I…kinda want to see it again…”
The blue wolf frowned, trying to guess what it could be.
“So what is that incredible thing wan?”
wanwan made a dreamy look and whispered: “Bewbs…”
The blue wolf face palms and wanwan could swear the shiny sword did too…but then again she was still dazed ^^.
Satashi finally finished her second try and called wanwan to take a look, without showing herself, Satashi showed her plans for a second human. Wanwan looked at it and fell backward as fast as she had looked.
“What’s wrong wanwan!?”
“What is that weird thing between its legs?!”
“A penis.”
Wanwan’s eye twitch and she took a second look only to look away again.
“And it doesn’t even have bewbs…”
“You don’t like it?”
wanwan hesitated.
“Not…not really… o//////////o”
“Then back to the drawing board…angel, come help me out!”
wanwan returned to her favourite tree and took a nap, trying to get the pe… thing out of her head.
Satashi sighed as she finally made another woman instead and threw her idea of a man. She watched as the girl opened her eyes and smiled at her.
“Welcome to life Naolin…”
Naolin blinked and looked at Satashi, she had a look of admiration and maybe a slight blush but no blood escaped her nose. With a satisfied grin she called wanwan. wanwan came to Satashi and pouted when once again, she didn’t reveal herself to her.
“I had a better idea my little wanwan…”
Satashi threw a girl on wanwan and left with a fox grin. Wanwan catched the girl but fell backward and ended up with… bewbs in her face…
“Bewbs…”
wanwan and Naolin fell for each other right this moment and wanwan was finally happy again :3
And going back to her writing, Satashi found the perfect way to continue mankind without a man; she called it the “magic futa pills”.
And so the Eden garden was once again happily taken care of by wanwan who, one day, took a nap under a far away tree that she didn’t remember ever going near of. She heard weird sound and turned her head to come face to face with two little chibi: a nekko and a werewolf.
“Hello there wanwan~” said the little nekko from her perch.
“How are you? :3” asked the little werewolf.
Wanwan looked up and blushed as everyone was naked in the Eden garden, the nekko sat on her left shoulder and grin.
“You know wanwan ~ these fruits up there are delicious…” said the little kitty in a whisper.
The chibi werewolf fell on the other shoulder and breath hot air on wanwan’s ear.
“Almost tooooo good…”

wanwan blushed and swallowed loudly.
“Err…I can’t…Satashi asked me not to…”
The two chibis giggled and let there claws run along wan’s neck.
“She’ll never know ~”
“Come on!”
wanwan sweated abundantly and finally fell to the chibis charm… taking a fruit, she bit in it and her eyes widened as knowledge flooded her mind.
“Woah…”
wanwan now knew what was good and bad; she went back to Naolin’s side and sat down, confused as what she now knew.
Naolin woke up suddenly in the night when wanwan turned around for the 100th time this night and sigh.
“wan, what’s WRONG?”
“I can’t sleep… I fell like something bad will happen… ;_;”
Naolin sigh once more and patted wanwan, hugging her closer.
“Nothing will, now go back to sleep…”
“;_; ok”
When Satashi found out that wanwan had tasted the fruits of knowledge, she got mad and woke her up abruptly.
“WANWAN!”
“Eeeeeep >//////////<”
“Didn’t I told you not to eat those fruits!?”
“S-sorry! >.<”
“I’ll have to punish you!”
Naolin looked at Satashi pulling wanwan to the heavens, a bottle of pills in her hand. Naolin blinked.
“Thank god I don’t have a clue what that is…”
And she got back to sleep, but in her dreams she could swore she heard wanwan yelling:
“IT’S BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!!!”

I've been following your fic, would this be where you're planning on going with this story?
Spoiler for speculations on future chapters:
An Incident will happen, it will be blamed on non-Mid mages, especially high-ranking ones. The resulting hysteria gets the Link-lock bill passed even in its "poorly-worded" state. Lethir gets on the fast-track to ruling Mid. Now, our heroines get to fight the Bureau instead.
Alternately, the Aces find out about the Incident and prevent it from happening in the first place. The bill sinks and Lethir goes away.
In both cases, I'm seeing Lethir being involved in the Incident.
If this is how you intend to take the story, you can blame it on being too obvious with the Link-lock bill and its chances of passing.
There's also the possibility that all this is just a red herring. The bill sinks along with Lethir and the real enemy shows up.
Another thing to consider, the Bureau isn't comprised of Mid alone. There are many other Administrated Worlds, and they won't take kindly to this kind of bill. If this assembly of yours represents all Administered Worlds, that bill truely has zero chance of passing, Incident or no. If it represents only Mid, I don't see any way the Bureau would help them enforce it against other Administered Worlds.

"Subaru-chan, are you okay?" She nodded and took a steadying breath before exhaling slowly. I heard Caro start to ask a question when she came in from the kitchen so I cut her off before she could. "We're fine, Caro-chan, my friend just tripped over Fate-chan." She hummed and bought my small fib and retreated back with Erio.
"Explain," Fate stated a little firmly. Her red eyes were still gazinng at my brand new friend with distrust and I swallowed nervously.
"Um, well, you see..."
Subaru stood up and took over for me. "We were attacked by paladins. They sent my Meister to attack you because she was getting too strong to handle. They were going to kill me as well to erase the traces but we got away." She glared at Fate, a feature that didn't really suit her cute, playful appearance. "Now tell me if Tia is okay."
Fate crossed her arms and for a moment I thought that she might start another fight. Surprisingly, the blond simply walked away and snatched a cinnamon bun from the shelf. "Use the tongs!" I scolded out of habit, something I picked up over the years of children grabbing things. She looked at me curiously and I blushed darkly. "Um, sorry..."
"Tia is fine," Fate told Subaru as she walked over to me and reached into her pocket with her non-sticky hand to get some money. I tried to tell her this wasn't the time to worry about things like that but she shoved it in my chest and let go, making me scramble to grab it. "I beat her up pretty bad but she had enough energy to run away and get her bike while I wasn't looking. If she's as strong as you're implying then I doubt she'll be out for more than a few days."
Subaru nodded at Fate thankfully. "Good. I'll talk to her, this was a mis-understanding."
"No it wasn't." Fate corrected her around a mouthful. "She was paid to try and kill me. She tried to kill me. Your stupidity of accepting the job without doing your homework lead to you being turned against by the paladins. You should have never trusted them. It wasn't a mistake, it was planned."
Subaru looked offended for a moment but soon turned to shame. "Yeah..."
"Fate-chan!" I protested, annoyed at the harsh words. "Don't talk to her like that, she really helped me today!"
"Thank you." Fate said the words simply but I still stopped talking. "I owe you." Fate put her arm around me and I was pulled close to her. "In return, I won't attack Tia the next time I see her. Talk to your Meister and for the love the gods, don't go back to the paladins or we'll fight once more."
Subaru nodded at us and turned to leave my store. Once the blue haired girl was across the street I turned to look at Fate. "Are you okay?"
"It will take more than that to kill me." She looked down at me and I felt my cheeks color at the gentle look. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine." I swallowed and sank back a little, embarrassed at how loving she was all of a sudden. "Some people came after Subaru-chan while we were talking. They... I think they saw my neck and one of them said to kidnap me."
"Che." She frowned but changed expressions quickly. "They're doing weird things..."
"It's okay." I looked up at her. "I chose this. I'm not going to run. Besides, even if I did, they still know me."
"You're strange."
"I think I have a rebellious streak in me."
Fate laughed lightly. "Private school, shy, church girl is rebellious? Who would have thought?"
"Hey..." I looked down and for the first time noticed that her clothes were ripped. "Fate-chan, your shirt..."
"Yeah, can I borrow something?"
"Yes, come on." I lead her back into the kitchen and told the two children to watch the store for me for a moment. Once we were in my bedroom I went to my closet and rooted through it. "All my things are rather simple and plain," I told her while listening to my girlfriend's clothes rustling. "I have a black shirt somewhere I think... Ah, here it is." I turned and dropped it, gasping. "Fate-chan, you're hurt!"
"This is nothing," She waved it off but I still ran forward. Under her bra, her entire stomach was stained with dried blood. "Really, Nanoha," She stopped protesting when I sat her down on the bed and ran to get a washcloth. "Oh here we go..." She fell onto her back and sighed.
I gently started dabbing away the blood with a dampened rag, looking for the wounds so I could treat them. More and more blood was cleaned and finally I had her entire front damp with water but seeing no wounds. "Where did you get hurt?"
"No where," Fate sat up and wiped her hand over her stomach. "I heal fast."
"But you lost that much blood..."
"Makes me a little thirsty." The way she said the words made me realize exactly what was going to be asked next. Her hands went to my shoulders and slowly pulled me forward.
"Fa...Fate-chan..." I was put in her lap, sitting with my legs over one of her thighs and back supported by one of her arms. Before I could say anything else. my lips were claimed. A soft kiss, a gentle urging of her tongue right away, and a warm feeling on my stomach as it was massaged. I lost myself against her, blushing as her trailing fingers went under my shirt.
"Nanoha..." Her words came against my mouth before small kisses trailed away. She grazed my bra with her hand and cupped my left breast fondly. Gasping softly, I closed my eyes and felt her tongue slide over my collarbone.
One hand went to her hair and I threaded my fingers into her hair. My bra came up over my breasts and I blushed hard as I was gently kneaded. Her fingers knew exactly where to touch, making me unable to stop her. The emotions came all at once and I didn't know how to deal with them other than to just lose myself in it.
I don't know how long we stayed like that, but all too soon her hand moved back to my stomach. My back was supported and her fingers slid down the front of my skirt easily. My eyes opened wide and a new rush came all at once, paired with gentle sucking on my neck. "Fate... -chan..." I was squirming, never experiencing anything quite like this.
I didn't want to push her away, but instead found myself trying to make it easier for her. I leaned my neck to the side and allowed one of my legs to move away from the other. Her fingers were gentle, making me gasp again. They were soft, touching just the right spots and pressing only hard enough for me to feel. My body was burning and my senses were lost in the raising desire.
A nip on my neck. A soothing, wet lick trailing. Another nip, a small kiss. I squirmed in her arms, gasped in the pleasure she was giving me. A small bite, another soothing lick. Warm, sticky from the cinnamon bun, intoxicating... I was pleading with my breathing now, begging for her to keep giving me this warm pleasure.
It didn't hurt like I thought it would. Instead, I felt her mouth suck on my neck once more, a burning feeling followed by a prick at the same time as my lower half erupted in pleasure. My breath caught, eyes wide. My hands shook, my legs quivered. The body blitz was so intense I felt as if I would pass out, and it heightened to an extreme that stole my voice when I felt a warm flow being sucked from my body.
And then it was over. Fate pulled back and looked at me. My vision was blurred, mind not comprehending anything other than a strange calming sensation as her fingers retreated. I watched her prick her finger with a fang and touched it to my neck, making it grow numb.
What confused me the most, however, was that she didn't even take enough to be considered more than a taste... and when my eyes started to see clearly again, I noticed an almost... disgusted look on her face.
"Rest," She whispered to me gently and I felt a tiredness come over me. I was tucked into bed slowly and my forehead was kissed. "I love you, Nanoha."
I couldn't answer yet but I knew she understood my look. My eyes fluttered cosed and I felt myself drift off. My body was warm, the sheets were comfortable, and I felt a peace inside me that I had never known before.

Erio looked at the small bunch of cadets that were trying out for the new and improved Riot force Six version 2.0 . His eighteen year old body was perfectly toned to perfection, Red hair blazing like flames on his head. His lips turned up into a smirk as he tapped Strada on his shoulder and gazed.
THe recruits gulped and swallowed. Erio's test to pick members was legendary, although no one dared speak about what it consisted of in fear of his wrath. He was hand selected by Hayate herself and approved worthy of all of the top Aces to be a rival amoung them,.
"Men," His word was sharp and everyone saluted him at once. "Today I will test you to see if you have what it takes to be part of us. If at any time you feel as this division isn't right for you, then break away from the group and go cry in shame of failing." His words made everyone sweat even more so than they already were in the blazing heat. The Redhead seemed fine, however, and not a drop of saltwater ran over his perfectly tanned skin. "Follow me and go along with our march-song!"
"SIR YES SIR!" THe group fell into line and began running behind the boy.
Erio started the chant/almost singing the words:

The recruits tripped, falling on their faces and looking up in shock as Erio continued along his way. A few muttered to themselves in shock, while others ran away from the group in fear. When the boy made it to Hayate he stopped and looked back, seeing two people still with him. "State your names!"
"Ace!" The first said, saluting.
"Gary!" The other copied
Hayate stepped forward, looking at them. "Name your favorite ship!"
Both males replied at the same time: "Chrono x Yuuno, MA'AM!"
Hayate turned to ERio, tears of joy spilling down her face as she gave him a thumbs up. "Erio-chan.... GOOD JOB!"

MT Chapter 5 - "Extraction"

When Macmillan got the order to look out for a potential ambush he decided that the best viewpoint of the area would be on the roof. He ran up the stairs and found a big door blocking his path but that was nothing a simple kick could solve. The door dropped from its hinges and made a loud metallic sound when it hit the floor. He stepped out onto the roof and looked around. From here he could see the big pillar of smoke coming from the destroyed HQ. The sun was going down behind it and he checked his watch.
“9:23 PM. I hope those choppers will be here soon, I don’t want to fight those things in the dark.” [The helicopters’ ETA is now twenty minutes]
“Yeah, I know Vanguard, you don’t have to remind me. It’s not like I’m afraid or something.”
The device remained quiet and he scanned the area once more. About five hundred meters away, from the direction of the HQ, dust were climbing into the air and a rumbling noise started to grow louder.
“Oh shit, they are already here? Damn machines.”
He opened a com link to Fate.
“Investigator! Those drones or whatever we saw back there are heading this way! We need to prepare for an attack.”
Fate looked around and found who she was looking for.
“Sergeant! Go up to the roof and team up with Macmillan! Try to take as many of those machines down before they make it here.”
“Yes, ma’am!” Macmillan heard from off-screen.
Fate turned to him again and spoke with anger in her voice.
“Macmillan, make sure none of those things gets in here. I will try to take care of the defenses down here. We will bunker up and attack from the inside. You two will be the only ones outside so be careful.”
Macmillan nodded and cut the link. Just like that day, he thought. The sun setting, rescue on the way and enemies closing in. It’s a race against time just as then.
A few moments later Vic arrived.
“Have you seen any other type of drone than what we saw back there?”
“Yeah, I think they are setting them up right now. Look over there, to the farthest right of their formation.”
Vic picked up Barret and ordered him to be ready. [Scharfschütze Mode]
Vic zoomed in towards the point where Macmillan had pointed and saw some kind of two-legged blob settling into the ground. On the top of its metallic structure it had something similar to artillery cannons, but Vic wasn’t sure.
He got that confirmed when he was blinded by them. A bright light came from the cannons and something came at them. It looked like a comet with its long bright tail and it was shaped like a ball.
“Shit. Macmillan, don’t let that thing hit the building!”
The man smiled and turned towards the projectile. [Protection Mode]
Vanguard expanded its shield so it was big enough to cover most of the building front. [Vanshield]
The magic shield sprung to life and quickly settled itself over Vanguards extended metal shield. It hummed with magic and shone like the sun when the projectile hit. Vic was standing behind Macmillan but he could still feel the pressure from the impact. The shield flared for a moment and everything went quiet.
The projectile had been successfully blocked. Vanguard started its cooling system and let the hot air out. Macmillan lowered his arm and turned to Vic.
“That is all I can do from here. Now it’s your turn Silence. Show them what you can do.”
Vic eyed the man standing in front of him with a strange look.
“I don’t remember when you last called me that.”
Macmillan just smiled. He made a small shrug and leaned against a wall. Vic shook his head and looked down on Barret who lay in his hands.
“You ready partner?” [Natürlich, Sergeant]
“Then let’s do this.” [Scharfschütze Shot]
The defenses around the hospital had been set up. Fate had been giving orders to those who could still stand to barricade all exits and provide covering fire when the drones came into range. From the point where she was standing she could see the mechanic army advancing on their position.
Teana had convinced Subaru to carry her somewhere so she could see what was going on. Subaru had made a big sigh and simply let the red haired girl have it her way. They now stood together next to Fate near the windows. [Scharfschütze Shot]
Two sharp shots were heard and a number of drones exploded almost at the same time. They noticed the small orbs in the air coming out from the masses and turning to perform another attack. This time they aimed for the massive mechs who had been firing artillery-like projectiles on them just a minute ago. The two shots just pinged of the thick armor and went wild.
The artillery mechs didn’t even notice and fired new projectiles against them. Fate noticed they had changed the trajectory this time and that they would come down on the side of the building. In other words, Macmillan couldn’t block it since he was on the roof. She turned to the two girls standing beside her.
“Subaru, I will take care of those artillery machines. You stay here and keep things in order.”
“What? Me? But I’m only a private! I can’t take the resp-“
“All the other officers are either in combat or can’t even move. Subaru, you are the only one here without any serious injuries, except Doc, but he is busy tending to the injured. Help him with what you can and take charge here.”
Fate opened the window and flew out into the air, leaving a very confused Subaru.
The projectiles had closed in on their position by now and Fate positioned herself where the impact would be and activated Bardiche. [Defenser Plus]
A shield appeared in front of Fate and its size was just enough to take the impact. The projectiles hit it head-on but they were blocked by it. It took a great deal of strength to withstand the impact so she felt rather tired afterwards.
“Investigator? Are you all right?”
Vic’s voice. She looked to her right and saw that a com window had appeared.
“I’m fine Sergeant. Continue to fire, but only focus on the small ones. Your shots bounced of the bigger ones.”
Vic looked disappointed. “Yeah, I noticed. I can’t get enough power to penetrate the armor. It must be really thick.”
Fate looked at the mechanical army that was still advancing. Their numbers had been greatly reduced, but they kept on coming. The artillery mechs were standing motionless farther back, probably recharging. They had to be taken out before they fired again and if they did, she wouldn’t have enough strength to block the shots.
“Sergeant, here is the plan. Take out as many as you can and I will go in behind their lines and take care of the big ones. Don’t worry about me, this shouldn’t be too hard. If the small ones are too close for comfort, I recommend you send in Macmillan first and you stay there to provide backup. Understood?”
“Understood ma’am,” Vic said and closed the link.
Fate flew straight up into the air and then changed her course so she flew directly above the army. She tried to count them but quickly gave up. There were too many of them, both ground and air drones.
Fate shook her head. I shouldn’t be thinking of this now, she thought as she finally reached the artillery machines. [Plasma Lancer]
Six spheres of light appeared and set course for the machines. They divided themselves into two groups, three in each, and attacked. Taking the heavy armor into account, the spheres needed to hit the same area to have any chance of breaking through and they therefore positioned themselves one after another.
The impacts happened at the same time. The first volley only made a dent, but the second volley made a small crack appear in the thick armor. The third came shortly after and pierced the machine. It exploded and the small drones who had been trying to protect it were caught in the blast.
Satisfied with those machines gone, she flew into the air towards the hospital. Drones lay immobile all over the area. Vic had taken down almost all of them. She opened a com link.
“Vic, how’s it going?”
“We are doing fine over here ma’am. I think the worst is over.”
“Let’s hope so,” Fate said with a tired voice. “I’m coming back to you guys. Heard anything from the choppers?”
“Nothing new, but I think they will arrive here shortly.”
She nodded and shut the link. All that’s left now is to wait. I hope nothing else happens.
When she arrived at the hospital again she noticed Vic staring at something in the direction of the old base. She landed next to him.
“Do you see anything interesting?”
“I would say it looks more worrying than interesting,” he said and pointed at something in the sky.
Something huge emerged through the clouds. It was shaped like a bird, but much bulkier and coated in black. Small, black dots flew out from its belly and disappeared beneath the hills. There were dozens of them. The huge ship circled the base in a wide circle and it looked like it had no intention to land.
“What are those small things? Can you see them?” Fate asked the sergeant.
He zoomed in and the reply came shortly after.
“Shuttles. It looks like they are re-deploying the drones. From the looks of it, I guess that huge ship is their base.”
Fate bit her lip. If those things attacks again we’re finished and I have no idea if that ship has any weapons. I hope it doesn’t.
“Investigator!”
Macmillan suddenly appeared on the roof again. He had gone back down and helped the others during the attack.
“The choppers are coming! They are telling us to evacuate to a field not far from here. They will wait for us there.”
Fate wasted no time.
“Get the others ready and get them there as fast as possible before the enemy attacks again.”
The evacuation went smoothly. When they reached the field the choppers were already there, waiting for them. When they had gotten everyone on board, Fate waved them off and flew herself some moments after. She wanted to make sure the choppers were safe and intended to protect them if the enemy attacked.
As she looked behind her, she noticed the big ship had made a turn towards them and was now very close to the hospital where they had taken refuge. When she studied the huge ship, something happened beneath its belly. Two huge cannons of some sorts extended and aimed for the old building. The pipes glowed a bright white and suddenly fired a blinding stream of light. Fate couldn’t look at it and had to close her eyes. When the roaring sound that came from the attack disappeared, she looked again. Where the building had been there were now only black, charred dirt. No sign of metal or anything else, everything just disintegrated.
By now the huge ship had closed in on them and was on a collision course. Fate tried to think of something but couldn’t. What could she do? That ship wouldn’t take any damage from her attacks and it would most certainly counterattack.
She didn’t have to think any longer when it suddenly changed its altitude. It was now on a slightly higher course than the choppers. When it was almost on top of them, its engines increased the output and it tipped itself upwards. It was only a few hundred meters from them when it disappeared into the clouds. The choppers weren’t safe however. The shockwave from the acceleration and the sudden air changes made them unstable. They began to lose altitude and some almost lost control. The pilots had a though time keeping them under control, but somehow managed to keep them in the air.
The only thing left now was to reach the base. As they flew above the ground, the sun disappeared beneath the horizon.
Hmm a bit short and you should space the paragraphs out. It looks like a huge block of text when you first look at it. That big ship worries me.

By now Nanoha was a bit confused, if not slightly embarrassed by the entire situation. It was bad enough that they were a floor above the main lobby and everyone below could see and hear them. "Er..."
Hoping to end it in her favor, Hayate latches onto the reluctant girl's arm and grins. "C'mon, Nanoha-chan~ It'll be fun!"
Fate's eye twitched as she watched. It had taken her a good portion of the day to find this restaurant and she wasn't about to give up so easily. The gears turned as she tried to find a way to come out on top. Then she noticed the song that was coming from the lobby's speakers. A smirk came to her lips as a plan started to form.

Hayate forms a triangle with her thumbs and index fingers, centering her gaze through them on Nanoha who was quite red by now. Then Fate stepped in.

Satashi watched he animals filled the land, the water and the sky; creating each species and each of them their own purposes.
Then Satashi created the first human to her image, it would rule over the fishes in the waters, the birds in the sky, the cattle and the reptiles crawling on the land.
That’s how wanwan was created, doming every other species…
Satashi took wanwan and put her in the Eden garden so she could cultivate it as she pleases. She could eat from every trees and every species. But, Satashi gave wanwan one warning: “You mustn’t touch the fruits of the knowledge of good and bad or you’ll die.”
wanwan swallowed and smiled, swearing to never eat it. She spent her peaceful days walking around the garden, helping the crops grow and taking naps under random trees. The only companions she had were a big blue wolf and a particularly shiny sword… which was held in the mouth of the wolf. One day, wanwan started to become bored and ask Satashi to come to her so she could ask her something.
Satashi came down from the heavens and smiled at wanwan, asking what she wanted. When wanwan saw Satashi, she made swirly eyes and blood flew from her nose as she fell backward in a loud THUMP! @////////////@
Satashi blinked and wondered why wanwan had lost so much blood from her nose like that, she decided that maybe she had made a mistake in her creation of her first human and decided to go back to the drawing board.
Meenwhile wanwan came to her senses and said the first word that came to mind to explain her precedent state…

She got up and wandered around once again, the blue wolf sat next to her, the shiny sword now on its back.
“What’s wrong wanwan?”
“I saw something incredible…and I…kinda want to see it again…”

Naolin blinked and looked at Satashi, she had a look of admiration and maybe a slight blush but no blood escaped her nose. With a satisfied grin she called wanwan. wanwan came to Satashi and pouted when once again, she didn’t reveal herself to her.
“I had a better idea my little wanwan…”
Satashi threw a girl on wanwan and left with a fox grin. Wanwan catched the girl but fell backward and ended up with… bewbs in her face…
“Bewbs…”
wanwan and Naolin fell for each other right this moment and wanwan was finally happy again :3
And going back to her writing, Satashi found the perfect way to continue mankind without a man; she called it the “magic futa pills”.
And so the Eden garden was once again happily taken care of by wanwan who, one day, took a nap under a far away tree that she didn’t remember ever going near of. She heard weird sound and turned her head to come face to face with two little chibi: a nekko and a werewolf.
“Hello there wanwan~” said the little nekko from her perch.
“How are you? :3” asked the little werewolf.
Wanwan looked up and blushed as everyone was naked in the Eden garden, the nekko sat on her left shoulder and grin.
“You know wanwan ~ these fruits up there are delicious…” said the little kitty in a whisper.
The chibi werewolf fell on the other shoulder and breath hot air on wanwan’s ear.
“Almost tooooo good…”

wanwan blushed and swallowed loudly.

The two chibis giggled and let there claws run along wan’s neck.

wanwan now knew what was good and bad; she went back to Naolin’s side and sat down, confused as what she now knew.
Naolin woke up suddenly in the night when wanwan turned around for the 100th time this night and sigh.
“wan, what’s WRONG?”
“I can’t sleep… I fell like something bad will happen… ;_;”
Naolin sigh once more and patted wanwan, hugging her closer.
“Nothing will, now go back to sleep…”

When Satashi found out that wanwan had tasted the fruits of knowledge, she got mad and woke her up abruptly.

Another thing to consider, the Bureau isn't comprised of Mid alone. There are many other Administrated Worlds, and they won't take kindly to this kind of bill. If this assembly of yours represents all Administered Worlds, that bill truely has zero chance of passing, Incident or no. If it represents only Mid, I don't see any way the Bureau would help them enforce it against other Administered Worlds.

“Just one more story. Pleeeaaaseee!” Vivio pleaded, grabbing Nanoha’s sleeve and pulling it slightly towards her.
“Vivio, it’s already past your bedtime. I already read you one story.” Nanoha replied softly, closing the book from which she had just read the previous story.
“I don’t want to sleep yet. Just one more story and I can go to sleep. Nanoha-mamaaaa” Vivio tried to make a puppy eyed look. Nanoha pretended to be thinking for an answer, although she already knew what she was going to say.
“Fine, just one more. But after that, promise that you go to sleep?”
“Promise.” Vivio jumped happily, and then settled herself back comfortable in bed to listen to the story.
“I want to hear a story with Satashi in it!” the little girl said. Nanoha smiled slightly at her daughters request and opened the book she had in her lap. After reaching the page with the story she was looking for, she began to read:
A long, long time passed after Satashi created the world and WanWan was punished, but the earth flourished. People lived happy, but unorganized lives and everything was alright.
Vice was just a normal human living a simple and uneventful life, when one day he started thinking more than usual and began wondering if there was a greater purpose for them, humans. And so he went outside and shouted towards the skies:
“Oh great god, Satashi-sama, what is your purpose for us humans?”
But no answer came. So he came the following day and asked the same thing, but once again, there was no answer. After repeating this routine for the next dozen days, Vice ultimately decided that he was too small and Satashi could not hear him. And Vice put on his traveling coat and walking stick and decided to journey to a higher place from where Satashi could hear him.
On the way, a stranger stopped him and asked him where he was going. To which he replied: “I’m going to speak to Satashi-sama.” And the stranger began accompanying him and the two traveled together.
On the way, they met more people who asked them where they were going. When they told them that they were going to speak to Satashi, more and more people began coming with them and Vice had gathered quite a large amount of followers. Those would be later known as Filians, because of the place they were heading to was called Fon Filia.
And so Vice and the Filians traveled day and night towards Mount Fon Filia, the one place that could pierce the heavens, and from where Vice could ask his question. They traveled through perilous environment, rain and blizzard, sea and desert, getting spared by no force of nature until they finally reached their destination. When they finally did reach Mount Fon Filia, the Filians decided to wait at the bottom, while Vice took the perilous route up the mountain to speak to Satashi. The road took a day and a half, and when he reached the top he realized it was going to rain because of the dark clouds in the skies and maybe Satashi wouldn’t come out to get wet, but he tried anyways:
“Satashi-sama! What be your wish for us humans?” Vice shouted towards the heavens. And the rainy clouds opened and a divine light fell on the earth. And Vice felt blinded by the sight, but looked anyway, awaiting his answer.
And a voice boomed from the skies moving mountains and seas alike with its power. “I AM NOT GOD!” were Satashi’s words. But in that same moment, a high scream could be heard, and the sound of nosebleeds in the distance and Vice couldn’t hear what Satashi had just said. He didn’t think it worthy to call Satashi back from the heavens to ask the question again, lest he suffer divine punishment, so he returned with a lowered head to the waiting Filians.
“So, what did Satashi-sama say?” a Filian stepped out of the crowd to ask.
“Satashi-sama said…” but Vice couldn’t continue because he didn’t know himself what Satashi-sama had said. Yet looking at the faces of the Filians, he couldn’t just say nothing. And Vice let his gut instinct guide him.
“Yuuno x Chrono is law!”
And the Filians cheered and all was happy again.
“The end.” Nanoha finished the story.
“Mamaa…” Vivio tried pleading, but was cut of by Nanoha. “No, Vivio, you promised. Time to sleep.”
“Tomorrow?” the little girl tried again. Seeing Nanoha nod at that, she continued asking. “With Satashi in it?”
Nanoha sighed. “Sure.”
“Mmm, okay. G’night.” Satisfied, Vivio closed her eyes and slowly drifted away to sleep.
“Good Night Vivio.” Nanoha kissed Vivio on the forehead and closed the lights. She stood a few minutes next to her daughter and watched her little frame lift up and down slowly in rhythm with her breathing and when she was sure that Vivio was sleeping, left the room.
Today's Vampire!Fate has some mature moments in it. It's still AnimeSuki safe, but still, I will say this is most definetly NSFW.

"Explain," Fate stated a little firmly. Her red eyes were still gazinng at my brand new friend with distrust and I swallowed nervously.

They were going to kill me as well to erase the traces but we got away." She glared at Fate, a feature that didn't really suit her cute, playful appearance. "Now tell me if Tia is okay."
Fate crossed her arms and for a moment I thought that she might start another fight. Surprisingly, the blond simply walked away and snatched a cinnamon bun from the shelf. "Use the tongs!" I scolded out of habit, something I picked up over the years of children grabbing things. She looked at me curiously and I blushed darkly. "Um, sorry..."
"Tia is fine," Fate told Subaru as she walked over to me and reached into her pocket with her non-sticky hand to get some money. I tried to tell her this wasn't the time to worry about things like that but she shoved it in my chest and let go, making me scramble to grab it. "I beat her up pretty bad but she had enough energy to run away and get her bike while I wasn't looking. If she's as strong as you're implying then I doubt she'll be out for more than a few days."
Subaru nodded at Fate thankfully. "Good. I'll talk to her, this was a mis-understanding."
"No it wasn't." Fate corrected her around a mouthful. "She was paid to try and kill me. She tried to kill me. Your stupidity of accepting the job without doing your homework lead to you being turned against by the paladins. You should have never trusted them. It wasn't a mistake, it was planned."
Subaru looked offended for a moment but soon turned to shame. "Yeah..."
"Fate-chan!" I protested, annoyed at the harsh words. "Don't talk to her like that, she really helped me today!"
"Thank you." Fate said the words simply but I still stopped talking. "I owe you." Fate put her arm around me and I was pulled close to her. "In return, I won't attack Tia the next time I see her. Talk to your Meister and for the love the gods, don't go back to the paladins or we'll fight once more."
Subaru nodded at us and turned to leave my store. Once the blue haired girl was across the street I turned to look at Fate. "Are you okay?"
"It will take more than that to kill me." She looked down at me and I felt my cheeks color at the gentle look. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine." I swallowed and sank back a little, embarrassed at how loving she was all of a sudden. "Some people came after Subaru-chan while we were talking. They... I think they saw my neck and one of them said to kidnap me."
"Che." She frowned but changed expressions quickly. "They're doing weird things..."
"It's okay." I looked up at her. "I chose this. I'm not going to run. Besides, even if I did, they still know me."
"You're strange."
"I think I have a rebellious streak in me."
Fate laughed lightly. "Private school, shy, church girl is rebellious? Who would have thought?"
"Hey..." I looked down and for the first time noticed that her clothes were ripped. "Fate-chan, your shirt..."
"Yeah, can I borrow something?"
"Yes, come on." I lead her back into the kitchen and told the two children to watch the store for me for a moment. Once we were in my bedroom I went to my closet and rooted through it. "All my things are rather simple and plain," I told her while listening to my girlfriend's clothes rustling. "I have a black shirt somewhere I think... Ah, here it is." I turned and dropped it, gasping. "Fate-chan, you're hurt!"
"This is nothing," She waved it off but I still ran forward. Under her bra, her entire stomach was stained with dried blood. "Really, Nanoha," She stopped protesting when I sat her down on the bed and ran to get a washcloth. "Oh here we go..." She fell onto her back and sighed.
I gently started dabbing away the blood with a dampened rag, looking for the wounds so I could treat them. More and more blood was cleaned and finally I had her entire front damp with water but seeing no wounds. "Where did you get hurt?"
"No where," Fate sat up and wiped her hand over her stomach. "I heal fast."
"But you lost that much blood..."
"Makes me a little thirsty." The way she said the words made me realize exactly what was going to be asked next. Her hands went to my shoulders and slowly pulled me forward.
"Fa...Fate-chan..." I was put in her lap, sitting with my legs over one of her thighs and back supported by one of her arms. Before I could say anything else. my lips were claimed. A soft kiss, a gentle urging of her tongue right away, and a warm feeling on my stomach as it was massaged. I lost myself against her, blushing as her trailing fingers went under my shirt.
"Nanoha..." Her words came against my mouth before small kisses trailed away. She grazed my bra with her hand and cupped my left breast fondly. Gasping softly, I closed my eyes and felt her tongue slide over my collarbone.
One hand went to her hair and I threaded my fingers into her hair. My bra came up over my breasts and I blushed hard as I was gently kneaded. Her fingers knew exactly where to touch, making me unable to stop her. The emotions came all at once and I didn't know how to deal with them other than to just lose myself in it.
I don't know how long we stayed like that, but all too soon her hand moved back to my stomach. My back was supported and her fingers slid down the front of my skirt easily. My eyes opened wide and a new rush came all at once, paired with gentle sucking on my neck. "Fate... -chan..." I was squirming, never experiencing anything quite like this.
I didn't want to push her away, but instead found myself trying to make it easier for her. I leaned my neck to the side and allowed one of my legs to move away from the other. Her fingers were gentle, making me gasp again. They were soft, touching just the right spots and pressing only hard enough for me to feel. My body was burning and my senses were lost in the raising desire.
A nip on my neck. A soothing, wet lick trailing. Another nip, a small kiss. I squirmed in her arms, gasped in the pleasure she was giving me. A small bite, another soothing lick. Warm, sticky from the cinnamon bun, intoxicating... I was pleading with my breathing now, begging for her to keep giving me this warm pleasure.
It didn't hurt like I thought it would. Instead, I felt her mouth suck on my neck once more, a burning feeling followed by a prick at the same time as my lower half erupted in pleasure. My breath caught, eyes wide. My hands shook, my legs quivered. The body blitz was so intense I felt as if I would pass out, and it heightened to an extreme that stole my voice when I felt a warm flow being sucked from my body.
And then it was over. Fate pulled back and looked at me. My vision was blurred, mind not comprehending anything other than a strange calming sensation as her fingers retreated. I watched her prick her finger with a fang and touched it to my neck, making it grow numb.
What confused me the most, however, was that she didn't even take enough to be considered more than a taste... and when my eyes started to see clearly again, I noticed an almost... disgusted look on her face.
"Rest," She whispered to me gently and I felt a tiredness come over me. I was tucked into bed slowly and my forehead was kissed. "I love you, Nanoha."
I couldn't answer yet but I knew she understood my look. My eyes fluttered cosed and I felt myself drift off. My body was warm, the sheets were comfortable, and I felt a peace inside me that I had never known before.

“Mamaa…” Vivio tried pleading, but was cut of by Nanoha. “No, Vivio, you promised. Time to sleep.”
“Tomorrow?” the little girl tried again. Seeing Nanoha nod at that, she continued asking. “With Satashi in it?”
Nanoha sighed. “Sure.”
“Mmm, okay. G’night.” Satisfied, Vivio closed her eyes and slowly drifted away to sleep.
“Good Night Vivio.” Nanoha kissed Vivio on the forehead and closed the lights. She stood a few minutes next to her daughter and watched her little frame lift up and down slowly in rhythm with her breathing and when she was sure that Vivio was sleeping, left the room.
