I just watched Index for the Wind Turbines. They are my personal fetish. I hope we got some nice shots of 'em again.

Okay yeah that was a joke! I watched it for the perverted lesbian teleporter trying to seduce the tsundere coin shooter, like anyone else.

My prediction: Index will have no role whatsoever, Touma will average 1400 lines per episode, making several fansubbing groups commiting mass suicide, and ofc Misaka will hijack the plot and become most popular character for Winter 2010.

I guess it would be either Fall or Winter for the s2 to come out, since most of the animation works has been done by JC Staff before this announcement was made. Its just like JC Staff's style to announce their new series after they have completed all the necessary animation processes. Can't wait for it

I just read a few past comments and it's all Sh*t talk about index or rather fancy troll.

Well I hope for it to be good and I don't see it going bad.... I hope.

I think they did follow Shana right? it's just that the whole novel part for the 2nd season is about character development and love romance ( + more pantsu shots of shana ) But I still like the story. Comparing it to Railgun...... hard. I like the first part of railgun but the second part is hard for me to watch.

And as for Index 2nd season. Is their an announcement for it on when it would be aired? or just a pure hope that their is a 2nd season in the making but no aired date yet? Well that's still good than nothing at all. And I'm thankful on the person who announce it.

And shinji I did say hell yes before about the rumor but I can still say it again right?

HELL YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

There is no emoticon to describe what I am feeling right now. Luckily the novels only get more interesting past volume 6, so I'm not worried that Index will end up like SnS 2 or ZnT 2.

The most likely scenario is to start airing season 2 around the release date of the PSP game. Hopefully the show will start airing this winter at the latest.

Well, going by the announcement of Railgun -> it's air date if that's any indication, Index S2 will indeed start up this winter. Railgun was announced with the last episode of Index S1 (03/19/09) and began airing a season later. (10/02/09) We'll just have to wait and see, but as pointed out already JC Staff doesn't announce its series-es too far in advance, so it shouldn't be far off either way.

Meh... we'll see how it goes. I remember seeing the Accelerator arc and was sorely disappointed because the action was heavily toned down.

touma wouldn't be touma if his not the preacher. And imagine him not preaching.... I bet the enemy wouldn't as pissed as they are after losing the fight.

Of course, Touma being a badass preacher proves his points to his enemies by punching their faces.

By preaching his loosening up the will of the opponent and it's part of his charm too. It's kinda unique to see someone preach and punch you like hell kind of character.
