Do you watch and delete or..?

Do you watch and delete the fansubs or do you save them onto a CD-R or for those lucky enough to have a DVD burner a DVD?

I don't have a DVD burner so I can only save em onto a CD-R, which as you may know holds only a couple of episodes at most. I would end up spending way too much on CD-R's to save series on to disc so I only save the ones I really really like.

Otherwise I watch and delete.

What do you do?

Either burn them on a DVD-R (buying DVDs is getting boring though..) or store them in external 120GB HDDs.

Mostly I watch and delete.
I burn only when I think that the anime is really good and that I will re-watch it later

I'll burn a series if I can fit the whole thing onto one CD, but otherwise I just delete everything.

The way I look at it, even the anime I own on DVD I rarely ever watch more than once.

So I don't bother to burn them onto CD-R.

Plus the ones I like I'll end up buying when they get licensed anyway.

I only save the ones I reallly really like. But soon I'll be getting a DVD burner and really big hard drives in a new computer, so that opinon may change.

Mostly just save havnt struggled for space yet though i plan to store on DVD-RW that way if i ever get bored i can delete them and reuse the cd's.

Though i can imagine this is going to cost me a pretty penny.....Oh well :P

200gb+ hd clusters then onto dvdrs

btw at my local computer store the Maxell dvdrs with jewel cases are selling at $2 CDN each, which is very very cheap (considering even a 25discs bundle costs $60 cdn).

Watch and burn.
I have about 350 cds by now.

Also, I burn a few onto VCD to run in my DVD (better quality, sound, and it's cooler to see on TV)

I burn everything I download to cd, no matter how bad it is. That way I can show the good series to friends cursed with dial-up connections. As for saving the bad series, well I went through the trouble of downloading, so I mught as well save them, just to say I have it.

Actually, VCD is crap quality. Just output your computer display directly to the TV and it looks much better than any VCD.

I'm new to the whole scene so I hdon't have much anime. Right now I'm just saving it on my harddrive because I have room (not much, but I don't download much). I'm pretty conservative.

But I am going to burn Scrapped Princess on to CD-R's. One of the reasons is actually because I have a friend who wants to watch it but isn't allowed to DL it.

The way I look at it is, I spend about $0.35 per cd-r and about $0.05 to store each one, so a 26 episode series coast me around $2.50-$2.80 to own. I've yet to download a complete series that I wouldn't pay $2.50 to own if I saw it in the store.

doesn't matter how much I spend on the CDs..... Spending the time to download is what counts.... I just can't bear to part with anything I've downloaded... its like deleting my effort.....
