Yeah I noticed, but I don't think the cup sizes work the same way in Japan as they do here. She certainly isn't an American DDD-cup though, that's for sure. Think you have to knock off 2 cup sizes from the number if I remember correctly ... so she would be a D-cup as we know it.

As in the manga, it is revealed that there is a possibility that Kanada is Hiro's daughter. In the manga, Kanada is the daughter of Hiro's mother's sister with whom Hiro had an one-night stand. But I think this setting is overthrown in the anime as incest is a sensitive topic in a publicly brocasting show.

I guess this helps explain why "big brother" changed so much - the guilt got to him.

If I had to guess, I think the series would end with Karada and Shouko returning to normal. Then, Shouko and Hiro would marry - I think Shouko would be able to accept Karada as a daughter.

I've resisted the spoiler. So now, thoughts on episode: Suffice to say that it was a very good episode that just keeps making things better. At this point it is rather difficult to not sympathize with Shouko and her rough handling at Hiro's hands, awful really. My hope is that they'll regain what they once had; it makes little sense to me why it had to be such a drastic pick-one-or-the-other for Hiro... though one explanation would be he had developed romantic feelings for Karada, which from what we've seen so far is also ludicruous... but it would explain why he dumped Shouko.

I don't know, We'll have to wait and see what is going on in that head of Hiro's.

Pleeeeease don't let this show become forbidden love? My mind went to defcon three when he said he and Karada were not blood-related. "Good heaven's, not another one of these."

A happy ending is all I'm wishing for. Oh, if anyone has information on the original novel/manga, fanart, or scans, post em' here. Share the wealth.

I don't think forbidden love is an option if they started the anime to be as serious as that - that would be a mockery to the intelligence of the viewers, a succumbing to the ever-stacking pile of anime cliches, and most probably a total degeneration and degradation of the anime that seems to be the best of this season to a pile of crap.

I don't want to rush you or anything, but I'll need it back sometime soon....

well imo that ending is too dreamy and i dnt think that everything will work out quite so perfectly...but i do hope that shouko will have a happy end...i think her past is a lot more complex than wht its been made out to be so far...
