I can only describe it... I think it might have been Taiwanese/chinese created but it might not...

Story:
A rabbit prince from his planet unsealed an evil egg releasing 108(?) evil star eggs onto earth. These star eggs looks like normal eggs but after a period of time they start to transform into secondary and final stages where they can become destructive monsters. Basically the rabbit prince enlists the help of a human to catch all the eggs before they destroy earth and the rabbit's home planet..

I read the manga back in mid 90s, not sure when it stopped. I think the names of the protagonists are Touya and Deere? Anyone might know?

I plugged the names into Wikipedia and got nothing... Deere links me to the John Deere company, and the only Touyas that are coming up are from Cardcaptor Sakura, Yu Yu Hakusho, Hikaru no Go, and Megatokyo.

yeah i tried google too but no luck.. I think chinese name was something magical/demonic bell/ring. It was from a chinese/taiwanese weekly/monthly magazine. It also had Doraemon too and the size was not magazine size but normal manga size although it had many titles in it,

The anime on the poster in the background of the bottom picture is Rakugo Tennyo Oyui, so perhaps the seiyuu are as well.

Few years ago I saw a scene from a anime in a AMV.

The scene went like this.

It was in a park and there were some children.
There was a boy who other children didnt want to be near him, because he had some power and they were afraid of him.

Thats all I can remeber and I know its little info but I hope someone wil know the name of the anime that I'm talking about
