That's unfortunately impossible until I slaughter completely the colors. Kyou's "dere" avatars are bordeline "dirty" because of the require colors tuning. Hence, any further attempt to decrease the quality will be very questionable, which a static avatar would work way better.

I don't know about anyone else, but the reason why I wouldn't want to try working with it is because the image is too small to work with. To stretch it out to the dimensions you want would be kinda difficult and would ultimately result in bad quality

If possible, you should try to get a better quality image.
Hint: for those of us that don't know what episode (17?) the image is from, it'd be helpful to list that too (in case the maker feels inclined to take the time and search for a higher quality picture himself)

I just give a screenshot at the exact time.
I said that you can use your picture...at that time of the episode.
It's ep 17 at 18:27. I coudn't find a better quality.

For those that you can't make into a sig or avatar, just make them anyway as a giant gif/jpg file, no matter how long it takes. I'll do any bidding you ask of me in return as long as it's within my reasonable power to do so.
